Custard Roll Cake Made Without an Oven:: It will be loved if you make it for brunch

The fluffy cake is filled with creamy custard cream.
The dough is not difficult and can be easily made at home without an oven.
Make it as a snack or brunch.
It's really delicious when you drink it with milk or coffee.
*** Measurements are using scales (g), tablespoons (Tbsp), and teaspoons (tsp) (not measuring spoons)

✤ Cake batter
- 2 eggs (126g)
- 70g (7Tbsp) Allulose (or sugar)
- 1g Salt (2 pinches)
- 150ml Milk
- 150g Cake flour (all-purpose flour available)
- 10g (1Tbsp) Vegetable cooking oil
- 4g (1tsp) Baking powder
- 3g (1tsp) Vanilla oil can be omitted
✤ Custard cream
- 2 eggs
- 30g (3Tbsp) Allulose or sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 200ml Milk
- 20g (2Tbsp) Corn starch, any type
- 3g (1tsp) Vanilla oil can be omitted
- 10g Unsalted butter

- If you have pancake powder, just add eggs and milk and make the dough. (However, the amount of milk varies)

1:06 when adding starches I highly suggest first mixing the starch with some liquid (a really small amount) in a separate container (like the little bowl you poured it out of) until it becomes a slurry. This way you barely have to mix it afterwards and way less lumps form.
