I'm not a dance expert or something, THIS IS JUST MY OPINION You said their dance isn't that sincronized but it's still satisfying because they hit every beat.... So, the thing with EXO's dance style is that actually it's not about just sincronize, they hear the beat. A lot of kpop boy groups have a dance style to move big, hit every movement strongly and still sincronize, etc, which is really cool and that makes satisfying to watch. But EXO is little different, I think one word can describe their style, which is "SMOOTH". What they do is they don't JUST hit every single movement that hard/strong but they also have some smooth movements, basically they switch from strong/fast to smooth/slow movements. And that fits really well with the beat, that's why even it isn't sincronize, it still looks satisfying. I think you can see that style more in songs like The Eve, Oh La La La, Bloomig Days, etc. I really like their style, even though when people talk about "best dance group" they don't mention EXO, I still think they have one of the best and distinct style. And I really think people should appreciate EXO's dance style more

I'm not a dance expert or something, THIS IS JUST MY OPINION
You said their dance isn't that sincronized but it's still satisfying because they hit every beat....
So, the thing with EXO's dance style is that actually it's not about just sincronize, they hear the beat. A lot of kpop boy groups have a dance style to move big, hit every movement strongly and still sincronize, etc, which is really cool and that makes satisfying to watch. But EXO is little different, I think one word can describe their style, which is "SMOOTH". What they do is they don't JUST hit every single movement that hard/strong but they also have some smooth movements, basically they switch from strong/fast to smooth/slow movements. And that fits really well with the beat, that's why even it isn't sincronize, it still looks satisfying. I think you can see that style more in songs like The Eve, Oh La La La, Bloomig Days, etc.
I really like their style, even though when people talk about "best dance group" they don't mention EXO, I still think they have one of the best and distinct style. And I really think people should appreciate EXO's dance style more
