Can you share snapshot of error, or briefly explain how/when it happen, so i can replicate the error and i maybe able to help.
@@learnayw6258 Thanks for your answer. This error occurs when I try to open NX12, it says: "Licensing error: desired third-party vendor daemon is off [-97]". I have tried to reinstall NX12 but after just a few minutes of use the error reappears. Also, I tried turning "lmtools" on and off and was unsuccessful.I would appreciate your help, I will be waiting for your answer

You have to link licence file manually as in this video then this licence error will solve (check 7.45 in video) and make sure cracked files are copied to program files.
This video contain three parts
1. Solving SPLM Licence error,
2. Solving SolidSquad Licence server &
3. NX licence error
Just follow part No3. NX licence error solving your problem will solve. In-case you are experiencing any difficulties in installing licence servers check No:1 & No:2 parts.(just install license server and solid squad licence server exactly as shown in this video. If you already installed then uninstall it completely and follow my steps in this video).
If you are confused of all these process / If you want a fresh and complete installation without any error, (Before you start completely uninstall SPLM licence server and SolidSquad licence servers)

You have to generate lic file if not available, then you have to ink that file to licensing tool as showing in the video.
@@learnayw6258 solved this problem by changing the laptop date from 2021 to 2020 so the expiry thing gone 👍🏻

When i uninstalled and re installed.. there was no file in licenses folder.. Can you help me on this?
Run as admin and the don't forget to copy file to root drive before installing. follow the process carefully and exactly as explained as in this video.
