i got out of the boundaries by simply gliding there instead of landing. everything was glitched and was invisible so the land was baron. there was npcs around but they cant dmg you and you can only open chests but not pick up anything. still was better then the event itself the border to keep you doesn't even cover the place vertically just horizontally so gliding would be enough to get out of it.
I don't really know if it's fair to judge a season before it has even started. That being said, you did say you would make another video so maybe you'll find it enjoyable in the future. I actually didn't play that much of the original chapter 2, I quit midway through season 2 to focus on other games. I do think that the addition of celebrities is obviously a money grab, but I personally don't mind it all that much. They clearly put effort into the cosmetics, instead of half-assing their work.I think it's important to note that like the title of the season suggests, its a remix, and not really an "OG" season. I do want to mention that the OG chapter 1 season had it's own share of issues though, especially with the map. If anything, the final version of the map was a complete insult to the original season x final map. They basically took the season 5 map and just messed around with it for the entire month. Kevin wasn't reactive and didn't bounce players, the entire ice area was a massive letdown, season 8 was just some pirate prefabs they randomly placed on the map, no neo tilted for season 9, and season x was just the asteroid. The weapons were also unvaulted outside of their respective seasons, which was confusing but not that big of a deal. Also the weapons didn't have their old weapon models, which was something that some players took issue to. Despite all of that, I still consider the OG season as a pretty good season overall, even if it was just to drum up hype for chapter 5 and some nostalgia bait for old players that quit (like me). the remix season has been pretty fun so far, Snoop dogg's drum gun holds the exact same stats as the OG midas drum gun, minus the headshot multiplier. From what I've seen, the other mythic weapons also have the same stats. The NPCs and lowrider cars are super fun to mess around with. The agency hasn't been changed all that much outside of the bridge. As of right now, the Eminem and Ice Spice locations haven't come out yet, but I'm still excited to land there when the release it. If you want to talk about not being the same as the original, it's only 4 remixed locations for now, compared to OG season which as I mentioned before, has a ton of locations that were completely butchered. If I'm being honest, I completely stopped caring about the lore after Fracture. Unless Donald Mustard decides he's returning to work on Fortnite again, I doubt we'll be getting any lore on par with what we once had, so the live event having no lore wasn't that disappointing for me personally. They are having another live event at the end of the season, so they might have some more stuff then.
i started in early chapter 2, and this is some of the most fun ive had in a long time, also this season isnt at all called :chapter 2 og", i hate when fn fans are just straight up wrong and then question why it wasnt what they thought it would be when it said nowhere that itd be the way the convinced themselves it would
I understand it was a remix and I should of mentioned that. But I said in the video I was not opposed to a remix it was just the fact that epic did not use there originality and instead relied on rappers to remix the season.
@@The.Real.Strudl I can agree. I did not mean to say it was not identical I was trying to say the remixed locations were not identical but I can agree the rest is pretty identical. And so far I'm having fun with this season.
I know it is and I said in the video I’m not opposed to a remix season. The issue is that they are using rappers and celebrities instead of there own originality. It feels money hungry don’t ya think.
This is only my start of season review. I will make another review at the end of the season as my opinion could change. Thank you, guys:)
ok
Real
Even though I do think I'd prefer some kind of midas reskin over just snoop dogg, I am just glad to be getting chapter 2 back for a bit.
Yea.

It's just a glitch. Not a reason to hate this season.
@RustyBites not talking bout the season. Just the event

holy yap give a summary
Typing this comment on some random yap video 💀
Great summary. I like this season it was just the collabs.

Making a video saying the season is a disappointment before it comes out is diabolical
Its called first thoughts
Turns out you were completely wrong, its nearly identical to the original
Not identical but I still like this season.
@@RustyBites NEARLY identical. The rappers are practically just a fresh coat of paint on 3 or 4 pois. The gameplay is like exactly the same.
@@The.Real.Strudl I can agree. I did not mean to say it was not identical I was trying to say the remixed locations were not identical but I can agree the rest is pretty identical. And so far I'm having fun with this season.
@RustyBites yeah, honestly better than OG. also apologies if I came off as rude, didn't mean to
@ nah it’s alr. I respect everyone
It’s not an Og season it’s a remix, learn how to read

@@RustyBiteswill the collabs we've got in the past 7 years
this isn't surprising at this point
lowkey season is kinda fire gameplay wise, cuz its the same as how chp 2 was, ur just complaining to complain
Real
@@SEV7V yea i posted this before the season so my opinions have kinda changed. I’m just more upset about the rappers.
utter letdown
really wasn’t. You just want to complain.
@@vaanratt6287the session is going to get better epic games don't release everything on day one
It’s not a let down. It still is fun it just also feels money hungry.
@@CarbonCommandoI don’t think he’s mad about that I think he is mad about Epic making this season more about rappers then there own originality.
@@vaanratt6287 enjoy ur slop piggy
Your opinion doesn't count I think you still use club penguin as your character it's 2024 grow up
What does my pfp have to do with anything💀
