    Great to have a good look at the blue version. It really looks good.

    Excellent! The original colors of that bike had a gray seat and gray accents in the frame colors. I like the black that they ended up with. If the wheels can be powder coated the same blue color, that would be a great look.

    im tempted by this bike. low seat and light weight are very appealing to me. will wait for some long term reviews though.

    Coming from owning about 7 different triumphs I have loved them all. From street triples to Daytonas to speed triples I’m a bit apprehensive to purchase one of these because I have always been on bigger cc bikes. This thing looks like a blast as a town bike which is what I typically ride. Test riding one tomorrow

    I find this very tempting over my RE 350, whos only drawback is not being able to maintain 75MPH on the Interstate when needed. Do you think the Speed 400 can? Do you think its too light for that. I'm not a big highway cruiser, but nice to keep up with traffic or other riders occasionally

    • @forgottenmotorcycles
      @forgottenmotorcycles  6 месяцев назад +1

      I have not tried it on the interstate yet. I'm guessing you should have plenty of power for that. Will try to do a test video when a bike becomes available

      Absolutely capable. I did 120 km today at 75-80 (120-130 Km/h).
      No problem at all, just raises the fuel consumption from 3,57 l/100km to about 4,8 l/100km at 7.000-7.500 rpm. The sensation is that she can stay all day long at this speeds.

    It's a nice looking bike. I'm glad to see more smaller displacement motorcycle options. I wonder how long it will be until Harley brings that Indian made Harley Davidson to the States? I really feel like they are missing out on marketing to newer and younger riders.

    • @rickybobby6760

      They are, and they don't seem to care. They have said publicly that they want to sell fewer, more expensive bikes to become a 'boutique' brand. In other words, they've given up trying to compete for younger riders in NA.

    Yes, it will be nice to see what we get with aftermarket upgrades. A lighter exhaust, a extended rear tire hugger, and a tail tidy will be welcome and will make this great looking bike look incredible.

    It's got great specs. It has twice the horsepower at the same weight as the Royal Enfield 350, better brakes.. I am sure it is very capable but it looks too modern for my taste, esp with the mono shock. Call me an idiot, but I would take the 350 RE over this.
