It’s awful trying to enjoy life while in pain. I had terrible, crippling neck/shoulder pain to the point of being uncomfortable driving as my mobility was incredibly limited. I wasn’t willing to go the pain medication route, so I tried deep tissue massage, chiropractic, heat/ cool, on and on…. At my wits end, I gave Acupuncture a try and it was literally magic. No pain! I did several treatments at my insurer’s clinic, the Alternative Medicine area, which included heat, electricity and cupping. I’m not sure what the cupping did, if anything, but my God! I felt like the process was a miracle. All this to say, I’m not an Eastern Medicine person but it’s the only thing that worked for me. You may want to do some research to see if this is a good match for you. Many Blessings this New Year to you and your family ❤

I love London. Haven’t made it to Paris or Vegas. Not into gambling, I just want to see the hotels, the strip, & the Sphere.
I don't gamble at all. Once in a blue moon my husband sticks money in a slot machine and has me push the button but honestly I think it is stupid lol.
