Both Evil Neuro and Neuro get separate new models which, I would assume, have to be rigged again. They probably also have to do some, if not all, of the animations from scratch, considering Vedal wants them to be individual and independent entities from one another, and they are probably adding some new animations too. And lastly, I assume he wants to debut both of their models at the same time or fairly close to each other.
To be honest, it sucks that it takes so long. Some vtubers have to wait a year for a model. It's absurd. But compared to others, these models are gonna get out pretty fast, I hope.
