I wasn't already subbed, that alone would have sealed the deal for me... x3
That town had a great idea. I’m glad you visited and we got to see giant objects, it was a lot of fun, I liked they had several you could climb in or interact with, landscaping was beautiful and it looked like a pretty town. Sorry about Possum 3.
That was a Crochet hook ( Crow-shay)
Cricket?
La Croix?

"No it does not look like you, Carpetbagger! Worms are GREEN!" -My 3-year-old, with whom I agree.
If there's a guy in the mailbox, the flag should be up.
That’s a cool small town. Everything looked taken care of
I live in Casey & you did a great job showcasing everything!
What happened to the worlds largest penny? We were there a year or two ago and it was in front of the bank. When we were there on July 18, 2021 no penny! :(
A swizzle spoon is a bar spoon that is a long-handled spoon used in bartending for mixing and layering of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic mixed drinks. Its length ensures that it can reach the bottom of the tallest jug or tumbler to mix ingredients directly in the glass
Jacob Hood there are different types. There is the swizzle sticks that came out in the 1800s, the swizzle spoons for bars ( which are like teaspoons but smaller and elegant) and then there are swizzle spoons for malts, shakes and floats. They have a straw and the spoons are small and deeper.
We always used swizzle spoons for adding sugar to glasses of iced tea and swizzle sticks for coffee.
i took my kids here on summer vacation after watching this video! lol It was a fun and covid safe trip! Thank you for showing us the cracks and crevices of the United States. That rocking chair is MASSIVE!
“Twizzle me timbers” 🤣
You missed out seeing the World’s Largest Gavel in Marshall (town just down road from Casey)
OMG you're so funny 😆 That mouse trap 😂😂
Watching this channel is literally how I fight my depression. Always makes me laugh.
"The drone is not operational."
Missed opportunity to sing "I'm just a Jake in a gilded cage".
I do enjoy your style of vlogging Jacob!! I am really happy how your channel has grown over time!! I found through Adam the Woo!! Thank you, I appreciate all of your hard work in filming and editing!! Stay well!! Looks sort of like you!!
Chill with the exclamation points. :-P
I live 1hour and a half north of Casey near Danville, IL. I have driven through Casey many times but have never stopped. I have always wanted to stop and see all of the large things. It is also cool to see you in my neck of the woods.
My daughter and I laughed out about the mouse trap.
What a beautiful well kept town. 🤩
That park area with the wind chimes is so beautifully landscaped! Thanks Jim Bolin for your financing !
1:06 imagine how terrifying that is at night
ever since IT Chapter 2, Paul Bunyan will never be the same for me lol
Oh it's so Beautiful!!! The Worlds Largest Crochet Needle. It's the one by the knitting needles, it only has one needle
Crochet uses one needle, while knitting uses two.
One of my favorites.
Thank you for a very enjoyable video! Regarding the giant teeter totter/ see-saw, there was a rhyme for when you trapped the kid on the top. " Mr. Brown, Mr. Brown, what will you give me if I let you down?" After the kid trapped in the air promised you anything and everything, you would let them down. Maybe.
Paul looks like he's put in a hard day's work and needs some rest.
My mom and I went there bc of this vlog. Thanks!
Very pleasant and fun little town!
Carpetbagger!!! Thank you so much for doing this video! Means so very much to me and my husband (we are the ones that have been asking you on live videos to come here) I’m glad you enjoyed it and viewers enjoyed too! We love you and thank you again for going!!!!
Thank you Jacob, this is kinda stuff I follow you for.✌️
You posted this the day my husband and I stopped on our way back home from our trip to one of your favorite places. The Smokey Mountains. Casey is pretty much in our back yard.
What a charming town
My husband and I have stayed in Casey twice and we love it!!
I love wind chimes. Thank you for showing me that.
“I’ve been neglecting possum 3”
*crashes possum 3*
Seems like he’s not too lucky flying drones! Time for possum 4. lol
Just lucky it wasn't a car! "Sorry ma'am, the sensors weren't working in your car and that's why you crashed" NO!
Yeeeeeaaaaah Jacob You are Awesome!!!👍👍😀Greetings from Helsinki, Finland 🇫🇮🇺🇸🇫🇮🇺🇸🇫🇮🇺🇸
Awesome!! I was hoping you would visit the Paul Bunyan. I always thought he looked sad because he cut down all the trees.
I hope you got some ice cream. The ice cream shop outside the mailbox is absolutely amazing!
What a wonderful thing; creative and fun, this town has come up with...knowing towns, this might not have been easy; so kudos to the citizens, and to you, for finding and sharing...Thank you, Carpetbagger!
I had no idea there was a giant, sad looking Paul Bunyan near Governor’s State. Will have to make a quick trip. I love that you visit all these quirky places! I thought I had subscribed already- it’s all set now!
What a fantastic town, would love to visit and the gardens surrounding each object are so well kept. Well done absolutely stunning. Thank you for yet another brilliant video. Xxx
Thank you for doing what you do
Sorry about the loss of the use of possom 3 . That was such a charming community that knows the meaning of go big or go home. Great attractions (thats a crochet hook) Keep Safe❤Keep Well❤
I more than thoroughly enjoyed this, thank you! What a fun time! 🥰
Very Unique Place Carpet Bagger TFS!!!👍😊
Well that was an exceptionally great tour of the artist's " big things ". BUT.... there is one other "big thing" here located in our county seat, in Marshall, IL. At the Clark County Court House. We have at the main entrance....." THE WORLDS LARGEST GAVEL".🔨😁
Casey IL. IS one old looking town,I can imagine cars from the 1930s & 40s driving past those buildings, like time has stood still...
Glad to see you were able to visit!
Rocking horse 🐎 inside jjet
R. I. P. Possum 3. Great video😄. Thanks for taking me virtually where I can’t go👍🏼
What a great town ! Those are some great things you found! Hope you have a Possum 4 drone up in the air soon. Til then, safe travels Jacob!❤❤👍👍😎😎😎😎😎
The twizzle is made to stir cocktails and the originals were made of glass.bi remember them as a kid, and I'm 60 now!
Paul 2006 is so droopy. Casey is one of our favorite stop for our family. You have seen a lot of Paul for sure. Hey, you got a newer drone. I miss that big one you had. Oh no, it crashed. Poor drone. Casey was one of our favorite stops last year. The Giant Mailbox and giant pencil was my favorite!!! RIP Possum 3
Dude, things got really dark, really quick at the moustrap "Im bleeding out all my bodily fluids .... and this isnt even good cheese!!" im dying
We Love Ya Carpet Bagger
Jacob, you cracked me up with that giant mouse trap! 😁😂🤣
That's a crochet hook with the knitting needles. Awesome video.
What a gift to that town!
One of my favorite episodes! Your commentary had me rolling! 😂
I must go there!
How small you looked in that huge mailbox. That was a crochet hook. Casey, Illinois is definitely a unique place. You did a really beautiful video of Casey, Illinois. I would love to visit one day.
Glad you made it to our neck of the woods and got to enjoy our town of Casey! Really enjoyed your Vlog of our town! All the new attractions really has changed the face and the popularity of Casey! p.s. Sorry about possom 3.....really enjoy your vlogs!
Enjoyed the video ! Thanks for taking us along to see these giant things. Keep up the amazing work. Love your videos.😉
Hi Jacob, very interesting video, thanks for sharing, love it, enjoy your travels in the north, sorry about your Drone, love you
Oh this was fun thank you Jacob! You could say Paul was so sad he swatted your drone away, flying it into a pole! And you saw it all! That’s AMAZING!
That hook in the yarn shop is a Crochet hook. 😊
The "Caveman Lawnmower" is a Tamper, it would be used to level out dirt in parking lots and driveways, then it could also tamp the pitch down in driveways or small parking lots where larger steam rollers were not needed, or could not be used due to space constraints.
As for the swizzle and twizzle spoons, that seems to be dependent upon who makes them. They were common in ice cream shops for shakes and floats. The long handle on some models served as a straw, and the spoon allowed you to eat the remaining ice cream.
A really fun video today.
You look like 2005 Patrick Stump on vacation and it always makes me smile. Love your content!
What a great place. Many of us would never see this otherwise👍
This was absolutely fantastic Jacob!... Want to add a bolt of energy to your town?... With Art, Positivity and Creativity you can!... Amazing. One of your best!
Finally got to stop here last year...fun place . We missed a few things and had a reluctant teen who was no fun and didnt want to get out of car to pose but not like they are going anywhere we can always go back and maybe they will have more
I actually live like around 1 30 or 2 hours away from that town, I've visited all of those things too
Drone!!! The old Carpetbagger lives
This is my favorite adventure you’ve done in a long time CB. Well done!

Yes Jacob that bookworm looks like you…lol, keep up the great work and thanks for sharing
Jacob you are soooo funny caught in the mouse trap! I laughed for 20 minutes on that one!!! Love and Respect Tamsen Roberts in Riverside California. .
CUTE TOWN!!!
Next to the knitting needles is a giant crochet hook :) Two totally different things, but similar yarn things.
A bar spoon is a long-handled spoon used in bartending for mixing and layering both alcoholic and non-alcoholic mixed drinks. ... Its long handle is similar to an iced teaspoon, but is usually decorative and elegant - some variations mimic large swizzle sticks, with a disc at one end.
Well I did move to your neck of the woods, so it's cool that you stopped by Cornfield County.
Jacob. You sir are doing good work!!
What JH said, CB - I agree with him/he - ooohwhee! That was one small town chock full o' big stuff! Cool, too, when you got/fit in the groove; groovy, even!
You are my favorite vlogger.
It's worth saying Paul is in a whole sculpture walk, there's a lot of good art there so you can spend a bit of time. It's not just that.
Me and my friend were just there last month you're his favorite youtuber he's super upset he missed you
My family and I just back home from Casey a few days ago!
We use a twizle spoon at Braums to mix the limeade and cherry limeade.
I went to governors state university. I remember passing Paul Bunyan every day going to school and he always looked the way I felt lol
🎶Poor Paul, poor Paul Bunyan🎶(from the cartoon). This was fun! Sorry about your Drone.
