I doubt it. I once made an american listen to a Deicide song, from the Scars of the crucifix album. He couldn't understand a single word. English isn't Tsjuder's mother tongue so.... guess if anyone does.
haha, but then that creates a question. What do black metalers listen to? just the rhytm? And I know we can search for the lyrics , but what kind of message do you get? haha I think Shagrath is the one sings the most clear or at least some chorus are listeable haha
Sergio Amador Well black metal is my favourite genre but that doesn't imply I must like the lyrics. I'm an italian converted to non-dualistic hinduism, and I find a very personal means in black metal to surpass dogmas and to really perceive everything in my life to be sacred. We are educated people born in the 21st century, we can't afford neither bigotism nor any other childish belief.
I understand your point of view, I also like different kind of lyrics from cristian bands to some satanic. Although, I think is important to know what I am listen to, would you listen to black metal ( the music) with lyrics that promotes raping children or any other kind of thought that is against your belief?
Sergio Amador well Naglfar wrote Feeding Moloch, a song about killing children, among others. Uh, what can you do, it's like horror movies, it doesn't mean they advocate the violence. Dario Argento is not a serial killer nor Anthony Hopkins is a Cannibal :3

I wonder IF there is someone that can understand the lyrics without reading it.
