I found your videos a few months back on your diet. I don't have hair loss problems but I also have poi. Was just disgnosed last year. I heard some where that this diet could possibly help.

I feel for your struggles with identity. For so long I didn't know what was wrong with my body until I was diagnosed with PCOS. When he showed me the pearl string and told me I asked him if I was broken. I felt broken that day. Love to you and anyone here suffering with loss... hair loss, not being a mother loss, loss of self esteem. 🙏💛❤️

I'm 53 now at 32 I had surgical hysterectomy took everything. I'm now going through thinning. I had endometriosis in my uterus. So much pain. Thank God I had children younger

Deepa, dear Deepa, Drs told me I cant have kids when i was 22. But I have thre kids now. never believe drs, just have faith in All Mighty . My prayers are with you.

I don’t know where to begin anymore. Did you go to a hormone specialist? My doctors have not been much of a help. I feel very depressed. Thank you so much for your truth love and honesty. I defo think it’s an immune issue. I had premature menopause symptoms after I had a vaccine. My fsh shot up and my cycle stopped for 3 months during that time I lost loads of hair and lots of hot flashes.. my cycle came back after 3 months luckily but it’s not been the same since. It’s been irregular. I think it’s the bodies immune response in some cases. I’m working on trying to improve my gut health to see if that helps at all. Thanks for these videos. I’ll be watching with interest and I hope you have success on your journey.
Not sure if you’re into meditation but I use Joe Dispenza Blessing of the energy centres to help heal my body. I highly highly recommend it. X
Thank you for sharing, I have POI and some days are hard. I'm on the journey and trying ways to kick start my body back to normal, HRT just made me depressed and doctors wouldn't listen.

I have my 1st appointment with my doctor tomorrow after an alopecia areata patch appeared 2 months ago and is growing daily........ I don't know why... It's all new to me so I'm looking for support and answers.... Thank you for these videos

All things are possible thru God. I'm exposing myself too. Similarly... autoimmune... my body attacked 5 pregnancies. I thanked God first for my blessings and then asked him to get me to the right doctor...the father did, in his own time. I knew the second I was pregnant..ivf...I have a 20 yr old son. Blessed with one beutiful smart kid.. God will give to you...pray for him to place you in the right path...the opportunity....I had a white blood cell transfusion to suppress my over active immune system...funny cause my blood test were aways borderline, never off the chart abnormal...but God sent me to the right Dr. In nyc..I drove 60 miles once a week till my pregnancy was safe from my own body. Ask God to get you to the right doctor 🙏 don't try and just heal your self...combine the east and the west. U know what I mean.
I'd be so thankful if I was unable to have kids as I don't like them much - but hair loss I do hate

Hi Deepa I'm also using birth control pill on November 2020 . On March 2021 I noticed 2 coin sized ball patches. Tried more products nothing works. Finally took steroid injection got my hair back but still patches coming again and again . I don't know the solution and my menstrual cycles also changed last year I'm getting long periods with spotting. Now I'm taking ridgevidon 150 mg.. Dont know the solution? Kindly let me know ow
