    I'm running Timbrens with a flip kit now, I think I'll order these and try them out. I'm happy with the current setup but always wanting to improve. Thanks for another fine video.

    Chevy Performance parts seem so overpriced they sit back and laugh at the people who buy them. That said I plan on buying the ZR2 steel drive shaft.

    • @420motors
      @420motors  2 года назад +5

      Lol. Buy them while you can. The parts come and go sometimes. Some markets depend on the “idiots with money” to jump start them. Comparing availability of aftermarket parts for there competitors, it’s easy to see why they had to make their own upgrades. Future generations will thanks us hopefully

    It's interesting they came with both sets of spacers. We used the F450 cab and Chassis kit on a pickup application and they were perfect without the spacers. They obviously offer the heavy rate for the Silverado?

    • @420motors
      @420motors  2 года назад +2

      Yea. Was surprised. Glad to have them since raptor needs a lot of trailer time lol

    Any sense what the largest tire/wheel will fit with the Silverado ZR2 without a lift/level? No one makes a level or lift kit yet for these. Just bought one and trying to figure out how to get some real shoes on her.

    So these are the 1000 lbs version. The BLUE will wear out of the product after 6 months or so. I have them on my F-150.
    The Black ones are 1500 lbs and the Yellow ones are 3000 lbs.

    Is it less fun driving the linked truck?

    • @420motors
      @420motors  2 года назад +2

      No not at all. It’s fun revisiting places everything is new in it. Stuff that isn’t fun for one is a blast in the other. Also on a lot of trails you gotta share so can’t really take full advantage of built trucks. Truth is, most trails are more fun in stock vehicles as long as they survive

      @@420motors Good to know. I have an old raptor with the stage 4 rpg kit. Really difficult to find spots in texas to play hard. With the linked truck I'd guess you'd need at least a friend with a drone to spot for you.
