Absolutely true. I see these motorcycles spewing out carbon monoxide 10 feet from the runners all during 10000 m and 10k runs. They are ruining the races with toxic fumes and distraction of the closeness and the engine noise.

from potato couch, hardly any these women are sprinting that last 200. some speed up a tab 40 -50 yrds out. especially a straight away with bunched up runners just waiting to get picked off. .
Mmm, take any weight challenged person, male or female, and if they can stay healthy, they’ll look pretty darn slim after running 50-80 miles per week for a year.

Wow, in my day we ran through creeks, woods, mud, long grass, really steep hills, etc. X-C courses these days look like a tame run in the park.

You qualify for these races by your time, not your body type.
