This has nothing to do with the video. I love your videos and this business. I went thru the Apt. maintenance phase, then on to residential and light commercial. 3 years into it and I am now with the biggest commercial HVAC and Refrigeration company in the country. It took a lot of hard work and a lot of studying and most important, Guys like you putting out these videos and being an excellent teacher. I'm in Houston Texas so you know what it is. Over a 100 degrees with 100% humidity every day. It's Rock and Roll down here! I went from around 35 grand a year to over 100 next year. And it's all because of you and a few others taking your time to make these videos and educate. And of course you make it the most entertaining. Your channel is also my favorite because you use the Terminology we have to use. Calling for, verifying, and so on. Life is better than it ever has been and a big part of it because of you! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for doing what you do and educating us and making it fun. Love ya Brother

No need to split…..yeah, if you really want to be a perfectionist, yes….split them, But the extra time required isn’t cost effective in relation to the increase of cleaning. Beside, you had great flow when irrigating the coils. Let the haters hate!

Yo Mikey...nice job as always...FYI Refrigeration Technologies does sell their Venom Pack Brightener or Viper Brite in the gallon (this is comparable to Nu-Brite). When you talk about the Viper pack not being good enough when compared to Nu-Brite I think you're referring to the Condenser (Heavy Duty) in the Venom Pack which is awesome as well as their Evaporator (Evap+) in the Venom Pack as well. Unfortunately they're not stocked as well as Nu Calgon locally for me but hIghly recommend trying it out if you can find it locally as all of John's products are great!

Mikey, looks like they have a cotton wood tree near by. I have this issue with some buildings out in suffolk. These trees drop thick fabric type material thats peels off or is easily cleaned with a brush
