Yes it's possible using compability 32bit version of stardew valley, copy the whole game file to stardew valley port folder, only works on single sdcard setup(for me)

as a developper i would say playdate, reminds me a lot of the gp2x days and its only stuff by indie dev's almost no emulators. As a player i like the RG35XX series like the H or PLUS and soon SP. Get cfw muos on it and you can use portmaster for about 400-500 ports of people. There are other devices as well that are fine and support portmaster, but i kinda like the plus. If you need analog sticks go with H. They are also fairly cheap around 60-70$
@@quake3video mostly 2d as well for existing stuff you can play psx and so through emulators though. SDL2 is support not sure if i opengl is i think there is a EGL lib
@@WillemsDavy Dang I was looking at the Anbernic ones recently but couldn't decide, i like the horizontal ones with the thumb sticks as they would work better for 3D games the only problem is that the handheld market is so sparse now now game would ever gain traction since I assume they all use custom OS's? Can't do one binary fits all and there is no single dominant device or OS?
@@quake3video thats where portmaster.games/ comes into play, it are prebuild armhf / aarch64 / x64 binaries of the games and they provide an installer and frontend for all these ports. I ported a few of my games to it also and other people ported some of my gp2x games to it. a lot of devices use AARCH64 so all those support portmaster. But the reason i mentioned playdate earlier is because creating a game for any of these chinese handhelds nowadays won't gain much attention, people buy the devices more so for emulation than they do to play indie games or ports but it's still a nice route. With playdate the audience / players all prefer the games created by indie developpers there is almost no emulation on it except a gameboy emu that does not run full speed. Also playdate does have a 3d library but (as an example) and people have done minor 3d stuff but the device may be not fast enough to do what you want and it has no SDL(2)
Rad! I want to test some ports i have but im ultra new to this os. I dont see where ports would go and i also am having problems when copying games over. Nes copied fine yet megadrive just gets stuck scanning for games then requires reboot. I copy in master system and they show in main rom list🤪😜 this is wacky. Its like.. Through trying for simplicity, its made it the opposite. At least for me anyway. Perhaps im doing something wrong👾
Hey man! Im very curious is it possible to port stardew valley in mustard os for rg5xx pluss?
Have you found it?
