Hello Alice just got my bag today from France,,it is lovely, most of all it is lightweight and the leather is very high quality, the length if you want crossbody is perfect too great for everyday and you dont have to worry if I travel due to theft etc..Also, to all the people who comment that this is a dupe it is NOT, it has its own Logo and different shape and features just because something has quilting does not make it a dupe only in the spirit of high end, just like clothing/shoes/jewelry we all buy.

I recently bought a Fauvette and I have mixed feelings about. I think it is because of the one I got. The Rosie’s front flap doesn’t sit flat as much as I would like. Part of the leather on the long strap was still sticking up. But I do like the bag and the leather is good. This is a brand I would see to buy opposed to buying online.

I took a chance on buying it, and honestly, it is a good bag. I think the Fauvette Adele is better quality, but the Madison is better quality than the Demeiller Vancouver Grained leather with Ecru stitch (which I returned due to the cracked uneven glazing). I am not a fan of the clasps that DUYP uses, but for $160.30 USD (with 30% off and shipping included), I find the bag spacious, well constructed and with a good leather smell. It reminds me of the RSVP Munchkin x Savette, which I don't own either one. So I am hoping the internet gods do there thing, and maybe someone can compare the Munchkin to the Madison.
@ Thank you for the heads up, I was looking at the Burgundy Rosie after being very impressed by the Adele. I think it does take time for the flap to soften. Their construction materials are very sturdy. Personally, I found the croc embossing to be better quality than LV canvas and even LV Empriente leathers. I will say that the strap I received for the Adele did have some sharp edges and the edge paint was just one simple coat of paint, so it looks like lots of thought is put into the bag, but maybe not the straps. However, putting the Adele next to Chanel Medium Classic Flaps in Lambskin and Caviar and even the Hermes Kelly in swift leather, the Adele looks in-line and just as well constructed as those bags. It definitely has the same regal vibe of the Chanel Classic Flap, and the Fir Green color is spectacular, like a greenish/blue jewel in the sea. Have you tried the Josephine by any chance?
