If I could add 2 more things to shapr3d I would add simulation features for basic materials like wood( make it possible to change physical properties when orientation of the wood pattern is changed) and stainless steel , and make it possible to render high quality video where basic motion of objects is possible, to make futuristic promo videos…😊
Edit: include a mechanism simulator for example testing how a hinge works

    Please we need android version

    •  4 месяца назад

I am a big android fan and I'll tell you NOPE we don't need an Android version of this. Primarily because I'll rather see the team keep improving the exiting software. Also worth mentioning that I tried the software on an iPad Pro with the fancy pencil and even if it was cool it's definitely not as quick and easy as it is using a regular desktop machine. It only make sense for designing in the field where computers can't go. I gladly left the ipad pro on the desk at work and got on the desktop version. Android doesn't have the most advanced use of a pencil so I don't see the need.

When will Shapr3d add dynamic modeling so the creator can test joints, hinges, pulleys and what ever else in a real world scenario.
