IMO, they have all gotten older in looks over the last 17 years. But grey hair does age a person so you can see the difference in age with Tim. But grey hair or not Chris Potter is one good looking man and I have never thought of Tim as being a negative character.

I saw a lot of change in Jack from season one to two. His hair got a lot grayer. Tim has changed the most by far.
