Thank you for this info. Saved me much frustration!! What are you using for audio & midi interface? I too am running Win Ult. 7 and am having difficulty with clean audio (mic input) within any DAW software I have (I've got most of them). Also, are you happy with Komplete 7?
@quantumsquare If you load the player make sure you selet an ewi file at the right of the screen then press the replace button and tellit you are happy to replace anything there . Switch on the keyboard at the bottom of the player then touch some keys on the on screen keyboard with the mouse (Only white keys make sounds (Some instruments have a limited range) . They should operate and you should hear sound if not check the setup in player to ensure the audio out is your driver. Any Help?

I don't understand what you mean by switching on the keyboard. I am getting an output signal form main menu. I'm just not hearing it. I'm operating off of ASUS laptop I5 processor with Realtek High Def Audio
Tried changing the user access control but I still can't install it properly. It just gets to the finish page without any errors and doesn't install any of the samples. Any ideas?
@sizzle21g5 I experienced this with disk 4 on native instruments complete and after 4 attempts each lasting 2 hours i swapped my dvd drive (the one that was in was brand new bought for the new music pc) i then put back in an old ide drive and it never missed a beat (Pardon the pun). Some cd drived seem better than other but i have yet to find a manufacturer without fault.
@quantumsquare I am on acid pro 7 which will only run the 32 bit player, the 64 bit errors out ( i am trying to get EW to take it seriously and fix thr bug)., the native instruments runs fine in 64 bit. Does anyone have a working solution with 64 bit running???

I'm having to upload my east west platnium and passion voices with out dated DVD disks they say.. Why did they proceed .. For money.. Can you give a step video of again how to upload with errors. For us dummies thanks

(Not really) I have just approved a batch of comments if wjats in tgheis is no help then i have not bought anything else as i am still trying to get to grips whit what i bought .

lol just installing all this again had to watch my own vido to solve the problems. Some times whilst helping others we help ourselves.

I am using a focusrite sapphire pro 24. With the mike pluged direct into it's input.
It plays into two KRK 8's. I am a happy dood.
