Are you guys just figuring out that fast food is unhealthy? Allow me to share another secret, people eating at fast food restaurants aren't really all that concerned about nutrition.
Great video, BabbleTop!!! My favorite Arby's item is simply the Most simple roast beef sandwich which comes with a little sauce. Similarly, my favorite McDonald's item is the basic hamburger or cheeseburger (and I always ask for an extra ketchup packet to put between the patty and the bottom bun.) Take care everyone!
When i go out to eat fast food, i don't care about calories or fat or any of that stuff. I care about quality and taste and if it's worth the money i spent for it. I was hoping this video would be about quality and public taste opinions, so i was disappointed when it wasn't. Maybe you should do another video similar to this one but this time focusing on quality and taste.
The only major shocker was the ChKing. I didn't realize JUST the sandwich is 1500 calories 150 g of fat and almost double the daily recommended sodium. If you add a medium fry and regular drink (as most would) the calories/fat/sodium is through the roof and it's NOT a "mega" "giant" or "feast" sandwich
I was wanting to try that but I don't want to like something that is that bad for me lol. You're right I would have totally gotten fries And a drink. Not a soda but still any "juice drink" they have is going to have sodium and sugar.

Objection! Mayo is slightly less healthy than ketchup, as mayo contains a massive amount more calories than ketchup, and while theres little difference in the health benefits(both have the same) ketchup is REQUIRED to be tomato based, while the purchased mayo can not only be anything, its highly processed with preserves since real mayo wouldn't last long on shelves. 2 days at most. Calories wise Ketchup typically only contains 20, while mayo, due to the combination required to make it, contains typically 99 at minumum. Not to mention mayo being a base for most stuff will just rise this count higher. Mayo does contain calories burning stuff, but its probably not enough to actually make any difference. Sides not only should you not substitute ketchup for the calorific mayo base, you actually counter your own point several times in the video pointing out how unhealthy mayo is.
They get treated like turds. They probably get yelled at by the manager for using too much beef and had to cut down. It should be quite a bit bigger than what youre explaining for the half pound. I used to work there. To make sure you get the right amount you could always get the meat in a bowl on the side and then the bun separate. We would do that every week for keto customers.
Get Jersey Mike's tuna with onions, tomatoes, lettuce and absolutely soaked in their oil and vinegar sauce. Wrap it tight in foil and refrigerate it a few hours or overnight. Sheer heaven.

Also my Burger King is incapable of making anything fresh. Ur fries just sit in a warmer for an hour or so. You haven't lived until you have bitten into steaming hot yet stale fries.
I stopped going to mine bc of this for years. Just started going again after it burned down. I will never get their hamburger meat again though bc the taste was so cold and vile I can't forget it lol 😂
News Flash: Most males not only have bigger appetites than most females, but this is actually becauae males generally need more (in some cases, way more) calories than females, simply to function properly, to say nothing of how much we need if we're doing something strenuous (whether physically, mentally or emotionally). It's not up to you (or anyone else) to tell people what they should or shouldn't eat or drink. I suggest you read about orthorexia.
Here's the thing. If I'm going for fast food, I don't give a flying fahooty about calories. If you are that worried about it, here's a thought. Go to a grocery store. Buy ingredients that YOU want. If you are looking for zero calories, you should save a lot of money there, too. Make your lunch the night before. Take it to work and eat it. Quit bitching to those of us who want to eat fast food, and don't preach to everyone else about how much more healthy your food is than ours UNLESS THEY ASK YOU. And this will only happen once, believe me.

The Arby's beef and cheddar sandwich does not have ranch on it. It has what they call "Red Ranch,'" which is actually a Catalina sauce.
