- In today's story, I'll explore the abandoned home of an older couple who started a family on a serene farm, where they lovingly collected toys and Coca-Cola memorabilia. Sadly, their passing has left a deep void, especially for their daughter, who is struggling to cope. Join me as we explore their abandoned home, uncovering the memories and treasures they left behind and the emotional impact on their family.

I'm sorry but I have to point this out in the video from 16:40 to 16:47 you can hear a lady scream at 16:47 very terrifying scream
To the daughter of this family , go collect all of these things that they gathered for you and your children and sell them for you and your children to survive on or leave the the money to.them. Dont let it all go to waste , they wouldnt have wanted that. ❤
Many offspring to these homes have tragic horror stories attached to childhood memories and rather see the demise of everything there as a part of healing , the missing picture is locked i n the minds of them as grown adults now as one friend shared with me upon the passing of their rich grandparents and the family just walking away from having an estate sale .
It's such a a shame that the daughter isn't trying to preserve all of her mom's treasures. I know if it were my mom's treasures I would love to keep them.
I could be wrong, but I believe the cookie jar on top of the fridge is James Dean.
Yes. I agree.
I believe you are right!
in deed
Agree
I believe You are correct…
Thank you for sharing Rick! So sad for the daughter 😢❤someone needs to be a support person for her and help her sell and keep some things. But that’s just my thoughts ❤
trust someone to bag up all those cans getting trampled on ..
I’m sorry and I’m not trying to be judgmental. But such a beautiful letter saying goodbye and then this is what she’s left happened to what they spent their lives collecting. If you don’t want it sell it I can’t believe she just left it like that.
Wow what a story! The word’s of the daughter were so touching & beautiful! Very awesome video bro! 🤘❤️👍
Yes all that stuff is worth alot of money , thats their legacy they left to the children ❤
they spent thier life collecting that stuff for chidens future and soon it will go to waste so sad peaple dont know what they have until its gone
The big jugs with handles and flip up lids are beer steins. They're usually highly collectible, depending on condition and what's on them. I love the cookie jar collection!
Please - no close ups of the bugs! The unknown glasses you were asking about are beer steins. That is a hoarders house for sure. Lots of cookie jars. Imagine what all you couldn't see! I must say, I'd be tempted to take some things from these houses you explore, but I admire that you don't. I just wonder if people come behind you and take stuff. I lost my father in February, so this hits me - I know exactly how she was feeling.
Drives me nuts when they focus on the wrong stuff and don’t know basically anything about anything.
Never saw a vase with a lid it was a cookie jar
The cookie jar on the fridge is James Dean! I love this video… their collections (especially the cookie jar collections) are amazing! They are also worth some money if they are in good condition!
Hope the daughter it okay :) she should renovate this house for future generations and keep their memory alive in the community!
I cant get over how much collectables there are,
of coke & M&M etc, the whole house, good find
thanks for the drone footage,& explore.👀
Thank you tiger and I agree.
@@RangerRickTVThank you for sharing the video. The jars you were asking about are beer steins. Great find. I don't understand why the family doesn't sell the stuff except what they don't want. And have it to live off of. Or to fix the home and land up.
I'm going to advise. Don't ever share. Where the shower suzanne Where this house is at. Because people might vandalize it or steal the stuff that is in it. That little girl that's still alive has a right. To cash in on all that personal property. Please don't ever disclose where this property is at
@@KennethDarr-g8m that is not a lil girl anymore an if she cared she would have allready pa ked it up cleaned tbe house an sold the property or moved in it instead of letting all thise treasures an mems just be there to rott
Yes u r ryt.
Once mice or rats start nesting.. this will all be a total waste within 6 months.. after a year you may need a hazmat company due to the urine and poo they leave every where. Makes me so sad to see.
I locked my life up in a storage unit 10 years ago to move a couple states away and help my mom with their small business after my stepdad took a gov temp job overseas.
I came back and checked on it at 6 months and around 14 months I even dug out my Christmas stuff from way in the back
Then at 22 months after moving everything in I came back to find a mouse/rat den had borrowed under the backside of my unit and into the unit. The smell was horrible.
Hundreds of mice ran out as I opened the door. There was nothing left or salvageable. Everything had chew damage and urine soaked or stained. I lost almost everything in the unit. I had a few things in a lockbox and some WW1 & WW2 stainless army trays that packed into PawPaws ruck sack were salvaged.
Granny's quilts, washer and dryer set, living and bedroom sets, power tools (well worn), mementos of all kinds and photos/paperwork and all things kids stuff was lost.
They just took over so fast and left nothing untouched.
I can't imagine how amazing that place at that time ..😊
Another great video. I couldn't help but wonder if they were reselling the collectibles on eBay at one time. To hell with all the negative comments-you are very respectful when exploring these places.
I just got word that someone knew them and they where eBay sellers. As far as the comments go, I ignore them and move on.
I tell my kids there's only so much stuff to collect as we get older so if you're going to buy me something make sure it's something you want when i'm gone otherwise don't waste your money.. I think there comes a point when you're buying stuff for older people to try and keep in mind it's better to buy something they need and if it's your parents you will be the ones who will be packing all that stuff up or just leave it to waste away in a empty house. And kids if you're watching and reading my comment just take me out to dinner or come clean my house.🥰
Sooooooo sad the family does not want the beautiful things or have a garage sale where people can buy and enjoy the things before it’s to late to save them
18:16 that's most definitely an original a&w Root beer. The bottom is cut like that so that way they can save the top from being open so it can be kept.
Please take care of their belonging
I recommend wearing protective gloves, that spider was huge and scary
Rootbeer cans they used can opener to pour out soda to save cans.
Man what a home to find.. WOW I love abandoned her stuff and by far this is a top five find.
Every item has a good hand wow amazing find . Its not trash Rick blast from the past it is so old before our time and current. Thanks Rick love this home and R.I.P> mom and Dad.
wow. thats incredible that how old that place looks. and jow long ago in was built.
They AREN'T VASES. They are COOKIE JARS.
It's so sad , know how the daughter feels. Lost my dad and mom within 2 years
I know exactly how the daughter feels. With in four years I had 8 family members pass away. One was my last sibling out of four kids. Next was my beautiful sweet mama and then my dad was next. My husband was next and then one aunt, one uncle and two half brothers. I could not even greve for one before the next person passed away. I have yet to do it, because I have had to deal with so much paperwork dealing with four of the family members who have passed away. I would love to get a message to the daughter. To just grieve the way you want to and not how others want you to. Every single person on this earth has to go through this process. I kept feeling like God was kicking me in the gut every single day over the past 4 years and there were plenty of days that I wanted to just give up. I knew that I had to not for my sake but for every single person that just passed away. I had to keep living for every single one of them. Live for your mama and dad. Do things with your family for your mama and dad to keep them alive in everyone's heart. ❤
Very touching I know.
@@RangerRickTV I wish her and the rest of family peace through this rough journey ahead and hope that their pain and sorrow will turn into some smiles and happiness. Especially if there are any grandchildren that don't have their grandparents here anymore. Share the joy and memories of their lives and love. Oh the mugs that had like silver lids are beer stines like the ones they use in Germany.
@@patriciayoakam2279 🙏
I lost borh of my parents 4 years apart in 2015 and 2018. Still hard, during the holidays, birthday, etc. The collection should have its own museum. The house might not be there much longer. You need a a/c neck fan. I had to use one of those as I was working outdoors at my old job in the summer time.
Ohhh my gosh I love the cookies jars
I wish I could find out who owns the home I would ask the family if I could buy all the cookies jars and the cartons Colection
Hi Rick!❤ I actually collect those M&M guys 😂 I thought I had them all then I seen the yellow see through one, they are candy dispensers. I loved the coke house, gosh he really was a collector. If the daughter doesn’t do something with that house soon it’s gonna collapse on her and she will lose everything 😔 Thank you for taking us along
We had a few of those in the 90's. They looked more like a traditional gumball machine with a clear globe that said M&M's on it and a chute you pressed to dispense the M&M's. I don't own them anymore but do still have the kind seen @ 20:35. I have a red one that you pull the arm to dispense. and a yellow peanut m&m character sitting on a Lazyboy recliner with a remote in his hand where you pull the recliner handle.
@@scottcol23 I have all those except the one in the recliner 😩 I don’t have them all lol
@@scottcol23I actually bought that yellow m&ms dispenser for my husband for Christmas because he loved to sit in his recliner and watch tv lol
the daughter or whoever should contact World of Coke in Atlanta ans see if they want to buy any of this collection
Ya she could be a millionaire!
I thought you meant a different type of coke at first
There well over a million dollars worth of collectable I'm there, even the stuff he keeps calling trash that he's walking all over. The metal coke signs easily 100+ each at least. So much money their kids or grand kids could come up on. Crazy
Those are beer steins with the lids. The shape that house is in, looks like someone has already taken the most desirable stuff and trashed it to sift through it.
NONE OF THAT STUFF IS TRASH GUY. THAT STUFF IS WORTH MORE THAN YOU WILL EVER KNOW. SO DON'T BREAK ANY OF IT. YOU NEED TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COLLECTABLES AN TRASH. THAT IS PEOPLES LIVES THEY PUT TIME IN AND MONEY SO BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU CALL TRASH BECAUSE THE STUFF IN THAT HOME IS NOT TRASH
I agree. Lot of collectibles. Did he mean trash, the empty boxes and opened cans not thrown away. I would be careful how I describe their belongings. Maybe he should go through the house first and jot down correct description of items and makers mark. Hope this place doesn’t get robbed
@@sofiadober1239 Me to because people will pay alot of money for coke memorabilia
Actually because the family cared so little about taking their families memorabilia what matters what it’s called? -be nice people
I don't understand how these videos aren't used as evidence to prosecute these break and enter artists , how many people are in prison for weed and this is going on.
@@FreeUkraine69 True me either. Someone just looking around, or trying to get evidence of paranormal activity is one thing. Yet when they break stuff, paint Griffity on the walls, and are there to steal the stuff I hate people like that. Just because a place is abandoned doesn't give anyone the right to destroy the place. As long as you are being respectful and looking around and you leave with what you came there with I'm good with that.
That thing right there is worth some money you find the right buyer
Very interesting home !! I've been a coke fan soda drinker , forever!!! That is my drink of choice!!!!
That house is amazing
Hey Rock the jars you are talking about are Avon beer stiems I used to collect them
It is a shame that the house is falling down around all those beautiful collectables…if they would have had an estate sale her daughter could have retired…
Criminal trust passing sign should be posted and the family should step up and do something with this memory of a legacy of the family and next generation to share and if things are taken is theft of property regardless the value
I'm surprised, the door was wide open.
Nice find I love all that stuff
That thing what's on top of the Coca-Cola machine it looks like James Dean
The beer steins are worth a pretty penny!
They should call American Pickers
Bs those clowns are a joke
That trash is somebody's tresure. Please be more respectful 😊
Sure gives a different meaning to major coke addicts in a good way .
He's destroying everything he's stepping on - he should NEVER be an explorer - he's terrible! A big 👎 here!
So sorry for your loss. God bless your family. Wow all those ceramics and cookies jars. Amazing
Really cool stuff.
There are $1000.00 of dollars of collectibles . I hope the kids come get those items
those lidded mugs are called beer steins
I can’t believe the family is sitting on a gold mine and don’t realize it my gosh
If that family can only realize the value in what they have I remember a lot of the stuff growing up I was born in 62 and a lot of the stuff is so worth money you never take anything from places like this that would be considered theft
They do realize. This was inherited, and they can't find anyone to help sort, clean, appraise, and sell. With two small children, it is difficult to do anything by themselves.
The blonde jar on top of the coke machine is James Dean. Those are beer steins. There are companies that will come in and clean out the house and sell the stuff for the families. Please reach out to her and give her my condolences on her parents and tell her about the companies that will clean it out. I have a friend that might be able to do it since they live in FL. It's a shame to let all that stuff go to waste. The money could go towards her child's education or something.
23:25 those are beer steins my friend. German tradition
James Dean on the fridge..Hoarders! So sad! Mental health!
Some times no one comes to help and you are cut off from the world.
😢 your videos are so sad! But i so identify eith the sentimental parts. I must of sold a hundred cookie jars from auctions before the pandemic ruined it all. Thanks for sharing! BEER steins were on the shelf with the lids attached.
😢
I like all the stuff in that house
Same.
the "jars" are beer steins. many are very collectable.....
8:43 I used to play that game. I remember the animaniacs too. (10:27)
that blond guy statue in james dean
This is actually devastating, they were hoarders or she became a hoarder after her husband passed and by the amount of trash/treasure (mostly trash) spent much time alone and without any physical welfare checks! I could be wrong but I know I’m not! Sad. So many treasures that could be passed down to the children and they left it there to rot! Their parents deserved better I’m sorry!!!!! No excuse.
I used to think you were full of crap like every other RUclipsr that does this stuff but you’re actually not and I’ve been watching your videos all morning. Thanks man
@@Volvogodt6 I love the house and all the memories…..I’m sort of blame situation with grand dad home….i had accident and 3 months in hospital and 6 surgeries later it is going to take me while to take care of things……but those are precious memories in that home May God bless you
That's interesting. Because I recently found a large stash of Pepsi in an abandoned house.
Those mugs or "jar looking things" in the room where the movies and stuff are, they're called Beer Steins really common in Germany
Beer Steins…The big porcelain mugs with the flip lids are Beer Steins…lol
The stuff in there is not porcelain it's call "ceramic"
I love the story but next time when you do tell about the back story can you tone the music down a little bit please. Thank you. May they rest in peace. I have a couple of those cookie jars. I hope no one bothers that home.
Yup
All of them cookie jar are worth alot of money and yes the one on top of the fridge is James Dean
Hey dude....they are German beer steins!
beer stines is what the mugs w lids to keep flys out of your beer
Are u sure this wasn't a shop.of some sort to say there's so.much memorabilia and also so many cans of different beverages
Beer steins are the covered jars you called them
Those r coolie jars...not vases
I think it started by working for the Coca-Cola Company, then owning a store selling their stuff, then going out of business, then became hobby, then an obsession, then hoarding.
For me, all this stuff looks like inventory for a gift store in the 80s.
Collecting everything and anything related to Coca-Cola was the store niche.
All that I saw has an 80s era.
But I am still wondering: if the father died, was the mother living in this place, and if so, where is the bedroom?
I don't believe in the "Don't take anything rule." I think that after many years and the stuff is just sitting there it should be taken by whoever wants it. The stuff is just gonna deteriorate if no one takes it. So I would take it.
Those "jars" are actually beer steins at around 23:00.
Thanks 👍
It's bugging me when you say "vase" and it is a "COOKIE JAR"
Now I don't need to comment that! Thanks for the correction!
He has no idea what he is looking at - he thought those German beer steins were for cookies and other storage! 🤣🤣😂😆
I hope the family takes all that stuff out of the house before someone else does. But I know how it is when Mom passes away. That can mess with your head for sure.
They are called beer Stern's. And they are very expensive
This is so sad I wonder why the daughter didn't take this stuff
those guys are crooks
Place is a giant flea market waiting to happen 😮
So sad to see all that nice collectibles left behind. I just don’t understand why they don’t get it and donate it. I would love to have a lot of them cookie jars.
Same here.
That is very valuable
They r called beer mugs
Cup looking things with lids, are beer steins
The blonde cookie jar is James Dean
The blonde hair guy on top is James Dean
Coke stash. C'mon people clean your minds.
lmao
The steins are very collectible.
It's a shame all of that memorabilia is left there to be stood on and broke like that id say the items in this house are very old and very rare it's terrible to think that it's will end up in a landfill site if someone doesn't save it especially after the couple that owned all of this spent so much of there lifes collecting all of this .
Those cookie jars are invaluable!!!
All of that coke stuff 😮
It isn't necessarily a man's house. It actually looks like my mom's house. She was a hoarder.
It appears that someone has used it as a dumping ground for their stuff
That bandicoot cookie jar is rare and worth 1600-2100$
Whatever you do. Do not open the seafood gumbo in the freezer at 14:35
so has the family been contacted and what is going to happen to everything in the home. Is it going to be sold off? I woulld love to buy it as is and go through and clean everything out
I said James Dean too ,mugs in tv stand are veer steins I think I spelt that right
Everything in that house looks pretty expensive old
Not the Fonz but maybe James Dean
Cool stuff
Total hoarders
So your saying that ppl that have Collections are Hoarders? 🤔 The mindset of a Karen
Not hoarding... just in chaos because they are gone.
