l have been looking for information related pay scale of mental health nurse and work experience since 2012. After 12 years of my Msc nursing now l came to know from you that nhs will consider my teaching experience which l was looking for 12years. I was always worried that l have no Clinical experience except All 16 years teaching n after having this experience how can work n survive as freshers pay scale . you have opened my eyes. I wish you could born before me to help me by giving me information which took 12years. Thank you so much for your help. ❤❤

Can you please confirm do they recruit fresher GNM Nurses and confirm which part of UK you have been currently working in ? £2260 which is not pretty bad.
Considering 37.5 working hours it's more substantially fine. Indian nurses are just being paid as ₹20K per month 😢
Yes they recruit fresher GNM nurses as well but it’s better to have at least 6 months experience in hand for better opportunities.
2260 is just basic , i never do nights or weekends otherwise you will get 60% enhancements.

Not in the ward areas but maybe in community. The vacancies for Community nursing in UK are hard to find from india

Hi, hope you will be great . I am very interested in psychiatry and want to choose mental health nursing in UK like you. Although I haven't worked in psychiatry department. So, is it possible that NHS will consider my interest without having any experience. Currently working in Emergency department as RN. Regards
Some of the trust now recruiting general nurses in mental health but then you have to do 10-12 weeks bridging program before working independently but you will get the salary in that period.
So contact any government agency and confirm from them if they are doing interview for any trust like that.
