This is why I call bullshit when networks like CW cry about budget affecting the show, when youtubers like Vader, BatinSun and TeamRed are getting better and better [as they should cause technology is getting better and cheaper].
@@Cyrunix While I agree with you that some shows crying about budget concerns can make do with what they have... as a professional stunt performer and coordinator (also i coordinated this video) I have to tell you that all of the people you mentioned are using professional stunt performers, for cheaper than their usual day rates.. the reason they're able to get such good production value on a cheap budget, is because some stunt people (like me) are sometimes willing to work for cheap/free in order to build up their own followings. I know BatintheSun and several of my friends have done their videos... but they don't anymore because they grew in the industry and realized they're getting underpaid. (I know BatintheSun's budgets have grown, but he's still running it like a youtuber and taking most of the profit) and TeamRed are a group of stunt performers themselves, making awesome action videos! So they are passionate and making their own projects... ..I guess my point I wanted to share is that to add to what you said... the reason they can get so much out of it, is because of their passion and ability to get other people passionate about a project and create something cool together... but you can't compare a TV show to this, it's a completely different world.
The cinematography was great, the acting was better than ever, the story beats and homages to Matrix while giving it your twist were fantastic, but honestly? I clicked like when they started dancing. And THAT was the best version of it so far, too. Mixing it in with actual fight choreography was amazing to watch.

This makes me want to go back and watch the Matrix films. They did a really great job at explaining Eons abilities and creating key scenes like the training sequence and the big fight scene. I can tell that they poured a lot of love into making this. What makes it so special is that it feels like it was created by people who love and understand the franchise.
