zero fees for new listings, time to re list all my items yay 🤧 - i wonder if buyers are paying the fee on old listing items they buy now? if so wouldn't that be double dipping from Depop?
are they better than Poshmark? I have a lot to list, especially vintage T shirts, and I'm not sure which platform to sell on. This sounds like the way to go.
They need tracked envelopes like ebay and mercari, i really really dislike ebay so i would love depop to step-up and join the competition, literally all items that would be sold in envelopes are iffy because there is no way to track. Super easy to list on depop but also hard to navigate your listings if you have alot of listings because there is no titles only a description. Its super annoying to scroll through 1000 items to find the 1 item that sold on ebay so you dont double sell. Props so selling clothes , way too many returns and issues for me personally. Just wait untill the buyers boycott the pltform bc of the fees and the sellers not willing to lower prices to compensate for fees. Soo many angry buyers on mercari because of the fee structure, but as a seller i like it
It might be the summer slow down, but sales for me have been down the last week or so. I post close to 30 to 40 items a week, and I've sold four items the last five days.
It’s enough to make a grown man cry🙏🙏🙏
I just started selling and i didn’t even realize how good of a time it was to start
I'm confused, so its 100% fee free to sell on Depop? Shipping is 25% more than using Ebay.....
How does Depop make $ if there are 0 seller fees?

I wonder about this too. I bet depop is making sellers pay it on all. Relisting these is taking forever..
That is a super interesting question. I wonder if they are, that would be horrible.
They most certainly are double dipping, just looked at the breakdown cost of an old like from 3 months ago and marketplace fee was included.
do you still shipped with depop

Depop is usually better to sell vintage on.
Unless it's antique.
do you ship with depop after the seller fees are removed
Light weight items I ship with depop heavier items I use my own shipping

do you use a spreadsheet to track profits etc.?
I do not
I have never heard of it
So how is this good news if your a seller ? If the consumer is hesitant to make a purchase because of all the fees.., sells will go down
It’s a win lose
