Ehhh, nothing with the quality and usability of GPT 4.0 exists in the locally run space. A good few get close to/better than GPT 3.5, but even those are looking at a solid 20-40GB of memory to run at any decent speed. To run on phones, the open local models will need to get a LOT smaller
