I did make 2 sets of booties already by following utube but by far, yours is the best tutorial. You have very patiently and clearly explained each round along with stating exactly which stitch we have to join and which stitch should not be counted. Many of the tutors miss to mention this and it makes the tutorial confusing. But not so with your tutorial. I'm so glad I found you.😊🙏🏼

I just bought a beginner crochet kit and decided to learn. I had no idea I could follow along with a video! I thought I had to figure out how to read the paper instructions and I’m not good with those types of things. I have 2 sisters-in-law due to have babies in the next few months and decided the booties would be a great project for me to be able to give them handmade gifts. So the first item I’ve ever crocheted is a little pink baby bootie! Thank you! Your video is amazing. So helpful, easy to follow, and calming too!
The best baby bootie crochet pattern in the world. Perfect for beginners too. I did it in cotton and reduced the hook size to make them stiffer and I raised the calf height a bit. Used DK! On a 2.5mm hook for a newborn. Did a chain and weaved it through the calf with a bow finish to help keep them on. I wrapped them as a pressy putting rolled cardboard in the calf area and tissue in the foot space so they looked like something from a shoe shop! Thank you Amanda they brought so much joy from the parents this Xmas. First baby. 2 weeks to go…. I’m now making your cardi… a fabulous channel and excellent close up videos. Calm music and little talking apart from the necessary info. Love it all ❣️

Wow. I’ve been knitting for years but crocheting has baffled me. I’ve just this year decided at the age of 63 to have another go. And I too am so chuffed. I made a pair of gorgeous booties. I have five grandchildren at the moment and wish I had done this for them. Hi Amanda, it's important that you use the same weight of yarn for the project. Regarding the crochet hook, if your work is turning out bigger then you may need to go down a hook size in order to achieve the correct size🌷

The directions were perfect and the size was right on. my son is having their second baby any day. I whipped these up in no time. I completed a pair of baby booties last week from someone else’s pattern, but they fit my one but they fit my one-year-old granddaughter! At least they were put to good use. You are awesome!

I made these exactly how you told us to, but I was making mine for a little girl, so after round 17, I did a round putting 3 double crochets in every stitch, and I got this ruffle at the top and it’s so adorable!

I just bought a beginner crochet kit and decided to learn. I had no idea I could follow along with a video! I thought I had to figure out how to read the paper instructions and I’m not good with those types of things. I have 2 sisters-in-law due to have babies in the next few months and decided the booties would be a great project for me to be able to give them handmade gifts. So the first item I’ve ever crocheted is a little pink baby bootie! Thank you! Your video is amazing. So helpful, easy to follow, and calming too!
The best baby bootie crochet pattern in the world. Perfect for beginners too. I did it in cotton and reduced the hook size to make them stiffer and I raised the calf height a bit. Used DK! On a 2.5mm hook for a newborn. Did a chain and weaved it through the calf with a bow finish to help keep them on. I wrapped them as a pressy putting rolled cardboard in the calf area and tissue in the foot space so they looked like something from a shoe shop! Thank you Amanda they brought so much joy from the parents this Xmas. First baby. 2 weeks to go…. I’m now making your cardi… a fabulous channel and excellent close up videos. Calm music and little talking apart from the necessary info. Love it all ❣️

Wow. I’ve been knitting for years but crocheting has baffled me. I’ve just this year decided at the age of 63 to have another go. And I too am so chuffed. I made a pair of gorgeous booties. I have five grandchildren at the moment and wish I had done this for them. But my son and his partner are now expecting the first very soon and he may have several pairs now I’ve proved to myself that I can do it. Thank you x❤

Hello! i was wondering if you could help me out. everytime i follow a pattern i end up having extra and the project turns out bigger idk what im doing wrong
Hi Amanda, it's important that you use the same weight of yarn for the project. Regarding the crochet hook, if your work is turning out bigger then you may need to go down a hook size in order to achieve the correct size🌷

I’d like to say that this is the best pattern for baby booties I’ve ever ran into! Thank you so much! I’ve tried several myself. I’ve been crocheting since I was a little girl and I’m 66 years old. The directions were perfect and the size was right on. my son is having their second baby any day. I whipped these up in no time. I completed a pair of baby booties last week from someone else’s pattern, but they fit my one but they fit my one-year-old granddaughter! At least they were put to good use. You are awesome!

I made these exactly how you told us to, but I was making mine for a little girl, so after round 17, I did a round putting 3 double crochets in every stitch, and I got this ruffle at the top and it’s so adorable!

Made these after making your cute bubble stitch booties. Adding stitch markers in the first stitch of each round was very helpful on those so I used them when making these too. Love your teaching style; thanks!
