I love revisiting this moment. Nathan Lane is such a compelling actor who deserves everything. Be it comedy or drama and even noir, he can do it all. With his recent performances in City of Angels on Showtime and Hulu's Only Murders series, we could see so many layers in his acting. Looking forward to his projects this year - Disappointment Blvd the new Ari Aster film, HBO's The Gilded Age and S2 of Only Murders. Here's to many more roles afterwards.
Nathan Lane won 3 Emmy Awards for Outstanding Performer in an Animated Program - Timon & Pumbaa: Season 1 for playing Timon, Outstanding Performer in an Animated Program - Teacher's Pet for playing Spot/Scott and Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series - Only Murders in the Building: The Boy From 6B for playing Teddy Dimas. I'm here for the superb, the unique Nathan Lane ^^. love him. Nathan Lane is a fantastic actor, he's so awesome in every genre he plays (Iceman Cometh, The Birdcage, Mouse Hunt, The Nance, People V OJ Simpson, City Of Angels). Is so Underrated in Hollywood (movie or tv show), shame Hollywood, shame !
Very underrated. Hopefully with Only Murders, The Gilded Age, Disappointment Blvd and his amazing performances in shows like City of Angels and The Blacklist (excellent!), Hollywood finally notices, and he'll get cast in more challenging roles. Drama, fantasy, romance-thriller, those are genres he will excel in - he's open to challenging himself as an actor, and he deserves it all. x

Kind of ironic he is named after the guy from "The Iceman Cometh" since it reminds me of one of his bits of dialogue in "The Producers": Little Old Lady: I made the check out just like you told, to the title of the play "Cash", that's a funny name for a play, "Cash" Nathan as Max Bialystock: Yeah... so is "The Iceman Cometh"

Agreed. He is going to be in the new Ari Aster film with Joaquin Phoenix this year called Disappointment Blvd. Also, he is in Only Murders on Hulu and the new HBO series The Gilded Age. In 2020, he really nailed it as a detective in Penny Dreadful City of Angels - another great dramatic lead role. Here's to many more :)

He thanked his dresser. Hell yeah. I don't think you hear that much.
Indeed - Nathan Lane and Ken Brown have been working together for nearly thirty years now and must be close.
