Hey I see you do a lot of special attacks when fighting against crushers instead of special + heavy, does that have more dps or are you doing it because of the mobility?
I'm curious about your choice of the bottom right build node that gets 20% CDR on backstab kills. Does it trigger often "unintentionally"? Most enemies will be facing the player unless going stealth. I'd like to know why you picked this over the node that gives 10% sprint speed next to it. Thanks in advance!
Some sort of cdr is better than none, and 10% of sprint is kind of eh in terms of impact with the second part of perk being largely irrelevant since you can just slide
Main difference is IX has a vertical chop Heavy 1 and a horizontal Heavy 2. VII is the opposite and starts with the horizontal. There's some other stuff but that's why most folks prefer the IX, so you can spam the stronger single target dmg. (IX also doesn't suffer much re: chaff because Light 1 Heavy 1 combos infinitely and is quite good..)
I have been using blades while doing the penance and ive hit a few nasty throws on snipers. A bit weird on xbox but once you get used to them theyre really good.
A lot of people try the Heavy Sword and see that it's not too great against armor. I think it's quite good but it really wants the armor damage buff from Chastise.
having never played with heavy sword before i got one off melk which i thought looked pretty good, first game with it about halfway through i was last man standing, turn a corner to face a group of maulers, while desperately whaling on them and retreating i get pinned into a corner by the horde and game over. skill issue to be sure, but i was so frustrated by the way that went and the sounds of the sword inefficiently clanging against their carapace that i surrendered it to hadron immediately.
@@professormoriarthus the other thing you can do is use the alternative attack which uses the back of the sword. It does better against armor. With the Mk 9 you can alternate between the special hit and the H1, or you can just block cancel immediately after the special hit to special again very quickly.
“Gz” likely was a shortened version of “Geez”, which is a shortened term for “Jesus”. They probably typed that due to how many enemies there were and how tight the situation was.
Is heavy sword (especially the 9) really that underrated? The top build on green lantern reccomended it for a long time until it switched to the chain sword for god knows what reason (new chainsword just feels so sloppy to use).
Well, you barely see hsword in pubs because people think that it's bad against armor (though you can use the charge or special attack+block cancel spam). Also builds on lantern are usually terrible.
Not maining a zealot. Want to try heavy sword on em. However, tbh, don't know that much of a difference between variants. Can anybody explain what are main differences between them?
Just started using them so not entirely sure all the differences, but the main one I'd say is the swing pattern, different patterns for different situations, I think it comes down to personal preference
dude finally everybody been using the other sword with the upper cut strike-down (which is great but hard to aim) when you can sprint spam the down strike on this one for more damage (I think) and more cleave on heavies (im biased go easy on me pls)

Did he use alt fire for the shotgun at any point? Also wondering why Lawbringer over Agripinaa?

@@Mitradraug Well. . . do you really see much other than knives these days?

the one in the video is the easiest to you use so I'd start here and just experiment since its a lot of a feeling thing. have fun m8!
