You mentioned you had a hernia as well in your first video was it removed during your tummy tuck and if so wouldn't that be in the medical category or was it still considered cosmetic surgery
Yes durning the procedure doctor B. took care of my hernia ( recovery time almost same as tummy tuck)!! Unfortunately it was consider cosmetic due to the lipo and extras. If I went just the doctors route my insurance was going to cover only the hernia repair. I wish, it would help so many people out !!!!

I hope I'm explaining this correctly...just curious. Also are there things you can't do or notice are harder to do since you had the surgery.
Great question !!!! I know exactly what you mean. My abs started to feel “normal” two years ago, as in feeling and numbness went away, not completely tho. At first it was a little to adjust but now I feel great. I wish I could have elaborated but it’s hard to understand if you haven’t had the procedure. I can do any and everything as of today. Hey love, I did a lot or research many in other started and countries, but when i spoke to the team over the phone it was the professionalize and loads of information they provided me with once I arrive. Location was very important to me for post surgery. I look at ALT and MIA doctors but it didn’t feel like the procedure was taking very seriously. No other consults compared to the office I went with, I had another procedure back in 2014 so I had a trust with them already

U don’t need to hunch over after c section and it just felt sore 2nd time I had a little cough it was sore to cough but yeah like u said it depends on pain tolerance Kuz they wasn’t shit to me I walked off the table lol

I'm in Ohio and just don't understand the cost. I've had one consult so far and my quote for Lipo, tuck, muscle repair, anesthesia, TAP block, operating room, etc was 16k. I did feel comfortable during the consultation and the staff was amazing however 16k?!?!?! You look amazing! I have another consultation with another board certified plastic surgeon in a month. Both have excellent reviews but I'm hoping the cost is a little lower.

Same as 1st consult. 3rd consult, tt, lipo (upper, lower belly, flanks, hips and lower back) $6800. He includes lipo with the tuck which is unheard of usually. He's 20 mins away, ownes his practice and is located inside of a hospital. The price includes anesthesia and exparel. 30 years in practice with great photos. His incision is paper thin which was a huge bonus! Hes the least expensive but was the most thorough/informative with his consult. I found him on Realself. The other two didn't mention hip lipo and they for sure didn't include lipo in their tuck price.

I went as well to him! I am on day 11 as well! My belly button looks alien like but I hope it's not so circular and flat after it heals. 😅 my incisions were nice on my hips but I got in an accident now the right one is torn up but it's ok still not so bad lol
So, I am 1.5 weeks PO. My belly button is looking kind of flat and very circular. Is this going to change or did he give you something to put there? How long after did your belly feel hardened?
It took so time for me to really notice the belly button, honestly I was so amazed at my results right away!!! Some ppl use cotton or start to see a more "natural" look once stitches heal😀
Hey Joni!! I will say I notice my hips and thighs can get thicker quick without working out and it stays away from my mid section!!! I never notice till seeing your comment 🤯 .
Hey I think my doc recommended after my drains where out, scare stitches fully healed. 6 months a for good measure I didn’t want to over do it. I can do all an exercises now.
