I got the audio 1 and it has been doing beautifully. This vid is dope tho cause I was deadass wondering this

I suspect that any slight difference in sound between these two units might be due more to production tolerances from unit to unit rather than to any systematic differences between the 1 model and the 2 model.

Base on my hearing, I think komplete audio 2 more smooth and bright than 1. Komplete audio 1 just a bit deeper.

Both sound really good, though I think the Komplete audio 2 is slightly brighter.

Simple and to the point. Great comparison. And also the first proper "review" of the 1 I see. Everyone seems to review the 2 and say the 1 also exists.

If using for guitar effects the K-Audio 1 would suit iOS better, those RCA out puts will be great to run to RCA to a 3.5mm adapter on a portable speaker; but If you're going to do a computer I would think the K-Audio 2 is going to suit you the best, those 1/4in could run two monos, one to amp and the other to mixer.
The K-Audio 1 would be great for using a dj mixer, like if you're using Maschine, a software synth or vocoder app.

Hi, quick question I heard someone say you cannot play an instrument and have it output directly through the TRS output. The person stated that you can only have them play directly through the headphone jack. Is this true?
    Thank you

Does the front audio output also pass through computer audio? Like is it possible to hear a RUclips video as well as monitoring your mic at the same time?

The volume knob on top does only control the rear chinch output level though, not usb output level, am I right?

can we sing and at the same time record electric guitar with komplete audio 1 ?

    • @jannisbmrt
      @jannisbmrt 4 года назад

not really since you only have one input. You had to use one mic for both sources and you had both in one track in your daw. Really bad for mixing.

@@jannisbmrt wrong, theres 1 xlr and 1 1/4" jack for the KA1, as opposed to 2 combined in the KA2

Hi there, I'm voting for K.Audio 1 for the sound is more clearer and the K.Audio 2 is calm and the humming sound it's stays longer than in the K.Audio1, or maybe just may ears telling me you put those smooth emotional play 😂😂😂. But as you explained in the vid the K.Audio 2 have more use than other one. But the out come of the sounds are so close and couldn't tell the difference unless you listen to them carefully, which I did. I played your vid more than 5 times just to listen to the sounds. But generally I pick the K.Audio2 😁😁😁, cause I like the instrument hummes longer without the help of any effects.
By the way just wanna ask about something, I'm just starting on my budgeted recording project and I've watched and checked a lot of tutorials for "home studio for beginners" and the right position of the monitors set up, the isolation and feedback of sounds and about the budget and right equipments. And then I picked up the phrase that "the expensive the equipments are the good sound it gives which is true. But for starters like me I wanna know things like "right interface to use for beginners, right audio or mixer to use for beginners or the easiest recording software to use for beginners", I mean just to minimize the choices and options for the equipment to choose from. Cause there's a lot of interfaces and equipment stuff to choose. it's a little bit confusing to me...please please please... 🥺
    Thanks thanks thanks 😊

Komplete audio 2 all day. It has a warmer tone to me and I know that it’s not, but the komplete audio 1 sounds “cheaper”. Not sure if it translates to everyone, that’s just what I hear. Sounds “plink-y” to me lol

why would they ? If you want an Audio Interface with a Midi in/out,then get one with that function. you're not going to get a good one for the price of these (Native Instruments Komplete Audio)
