What paint did you use for this? I have a 1980 k20 I’m making into a airsoft/off-road truck and want to paint it od green but I want it to be fairly scratch resistant
Sorry for the late reply! It was just a basic single stage olive drab i got mixed up locally! if you get a single stage paint it will hold up to some abuse and hide some minor imperfections, use the recommended hardener and you wont have any issues. If it were a 2 stage you may notice scratches in the clear coat, so for that reason i would avoid the 2 stage system.
