U shld build ur cement floor higher than ur mud ground outside ur house as Vietnam hv quite heavy rainfall n floods. Don't dig too much near hill slope to stop soil erosion. Plant trees or shrubs on mud slopes to hold the soil. Take care n God bless

Perché...per salvare il tronco dall'umidità del terreno, che Non venga fatto marcire il legno ,, fino qua tutto OK...ma PERCHÉ avete messo del CEMENTO attorno alla BASE della scala ( e il primo scalino, quello appoggiato sulla TERRA, quindi l'umidità continuerà a salire le scale e a sua volta si marcirà..
