Tips: use an empty toilet paper roll or paper towel to boost items like the candles or tall bouquets to cut down on the "waste" (OCD and $ saver) of rocks at the bottom of your containers. If you are going to keep the container for the long run you can hot glue the roll to the bottom to maintain the structure over time. I used yellow & black split peas for yellow & black bouquets. The paper towel roll gave me a nice center for the flowers and cut down on the amount of peas used for each container.
Use wire cutters to clip the popsicle sticks or tongue depressors sticks to save your scissors. You may need to use sand paper or a pumice stone to soften the edges.
Your dollar tree is stacked! I’ve never seen half the items in this video at my dollar tree 😭
I know mine sucks.
Same here! I can go to 5-6 different Dollar Trees in different towns and can't find nearly half the stuff that I see here and on other DIY's. 😢
Go online dollar tree got it....
@@teanettabrandon2403 Very true but many items have a large unit you must buy. Hard to do when finances are real tight. 😕
@@HanksGirl98 try do local thrift store or Family dollar or dollar general. But things will get better I hope....
Wow!!! I love the succulent tray. How beautiful!!! You are so talented Liz.
I made the rope tray. Loved how easy it was. Then I made a lantern out of Dollar tree frames. It ended up being a little bigger than I thought it would be. I had a battery candle I put inside and ended up setting the whole thing on my rope tray. It looks great! Thanks for your super ideas.
That's great! I wish you all the best on your project, Glo JK. 😍
I loved the rope tray and made my own. It looks amazing. I added command strips and hung it up in my dining room! 👌
I'm so glad you love it, Rock Guardado Guzman. Have fun watching! 💕
Can’t wait to make them all !!!! Thank you so much for sharing your amazing craft Ideas!!!! ❤️
Hi Mel Colon. It's my pleasure to share. 😄
That moss wreath is so cute😍
I'm so glad you liked it, Erica Navejar! Stay tuned for more fun videos. 😊
I have been watching your DIY videos for a few weeks now and I am hooked. I love me some Dollar tree craft items and it's so cool to learn how to make them even better on a budget! Thanks so much for sharing your gift with the world!
Loved all of these, but especially the wall planters. I’m going to make some for my deck and, also, the birds.. “Birds?” you ask. Well, every spring some bird decides my planters would make a nice place to build her nest. Then, I can’t water my plant that’s in there. This way I won’t have to worry about it😂
I'm so glad you love it, Shara Myers. Have fun watching! 💕
I totally re!are to this, an adorable pair of juncos nested in my fushia this year.
That is my favorite craft, too. My daughter has framed photos & "family type quotes" (framed & also in adhesive form) throughout most of the house, but especially in the long living room. I think this craft would be an excellent place for the eye to rest - in one area of the living room.
I will have to figure out what to do in a few other areas. Possibly some small shelves with hurricane candles in one area and glass bowls with succulents in another area.
I LOVE THE IDEA OF CREATING OUTDOOR HALF PLANTERS FOR BIRDS! I live with my daughter now that Im medically retired, and she has a great covered patio. I want to spruce it up.. I sit outside for hours watching birds. I'd enjoy watching a family or two grow!
I absolutely love all of high end DT DIY. You gave some great creative ideas for alot items from DT
Thank you for sharing
I'm so glad you love it, Connie Fisher. Have fun watching! 💕
Very nice DIYs. I love the pillow made from the small fringed rugs. So nice.
I'm so glad you love it, Patty Ashcraft. Have fun watching! 💕
I love how you hot glue the pillows. It makes it nice if you don't have a sewing machine. The pillow with the fringe is pretty cool. ☺
Hi Debbie Learn! Thanks so much for watching my video. 😊
these are awesome!! 🤩 definitely some of the best DT DIYs i’ve seen!
for the tin full of rocks with a plant inside, what we can also do is put some foam at the bottom and fill the top with rocks. that way, it’s not so heavy, you can save more rocks, and the foam will still help hold it in place :)
I'm so glad you liked it, j! Stay tuned for more fun videos. 😊
Love them all! Thanks for putting all these awesome and simple diy's in 1 video. I have most of the supplies so I'll be able to make them anytime.😊
I’m not sure which one I loved the most. They are all amazing 🤩
Hi Shellie Kraft. I really appreciate you saying that. Thank you for watching my videos. 😍
Yes Queen!!!... You Are Amazingly Talented. Thank You For Sharing, Your Skills!
Hey Liz these are all really great ideas! My favourite ones are the vases. I just love how you can really create a high end look with several vases and other items from the dollar tree!😘❤🙏🏽
Hi Simone DM! Thanks so much for watching my video. 😊
Can we just talk about how gorgeous Liz's engagement ring/ wedding ring set is?! 💍🤩
Loula Lucille has to
Love, love, love! Just subscribed. I use to do crafts all the time but since I had my son (2yrs old now) I haven't done anything. This is inspiring me to get back into it. Keep the videos coming, lady!
Hi Amanda Longo. Thank you so much for subscribing to my channel. 😍
U could always use a staple remover to remove those staples on the canvas!
❤️❤️❤️ you ideas, Liz!!!
I'm new to the crafting world but I love your creations! I've been watching you for a while and I finally subscribed. Keep inspiring me. I'm working on a few your projects for the fall.
Not gonna lie, I was questioning the rug but it turned out awesome! I really want to make one. Love the macrame stuff too!
That's great! I wish you all the best on your project, metalanyu. 😍

Fantastic video Liz. Inspiring, informative and so easy to follow. Thank you for sharing such great decorative ideas.
I enjoyed this video very much! You are so creative! I love the way you paint your vases & plant pots to match your decor, thenput succulents in them .I love the macrame plant holders and the naugtical rope rug
This all looks so great! I don't know if you ever have trouble with paint chipping or peeling off glass items (or you may not mind if it does) but I found a tip once to use glass etching first and it helped. Just thought I'd share. Love your work! I have found so many inspirations from you
Thanks for that helpful tip, Shelley Williamson! Happy crafting. 👍🌹
Love the trays and the framed letters. Thanks for sharing and keep safe 🥰
I wish I was shopping at your dollar tree. The ones near me never have this kind of stuff
Hi Tanya Karazan! Stay tuned for more fun DIY videos. 😊
M m B B. X
Sorry I love watching this
In my area, the Dollar Tree stores are so low on merchandise, they look like they are going out of business. It's frustrating when you want to create something specific. I hope this is resolved soon.
Tanya Karazan I have 3 DT’s in my local area and I have the hardest time finding the things most of the RUclipsr’s I watch find as well. Idk if you know that you can order things from DT’s website? You have to buy in bulk on most items but items we use a lot can be worth it. I am going crazy now because I can’t find the Farmers Market Calendar. I can’t find it on their website either. I almost died when I saw Liz use only a small portion of a page from one here in her channel. I have seen many other DIY’s here on RUclips make amazing and beautiful things with them using all or most of a page. I guess I just feel like if I can copy the words alone with a sharpie or paint, why waste it?
So love all your ideas!! Keep saving your vids so I can go back to them. I am also renovating my RV so your craft on the half flowers pots for the wall is definitely one I will do! Thank you so much!!
I use pool noodles and cut them with scissors (cut to size) and put them in pots for Faux plant designs; they work so much better than rocks or other fillers. My faux plants don't move at all and then I glue maybe moss/small rocks or anything you want to cover the noodle to hide any imperfections. It looks amazing and it really does keep the plants from moving.
Thanks for that info, Lady Lori. Stay safe and healthy. 😊
Liz Fenwick DIY I’m sorry, I’m sure you get people telling you all the time different suggestions on what to use.
I do Beauty Box videos and it’s very different, there’s nothing in my videos that would give somebody a reason to suggest something so again, I do apologize.
You do have some wonderful and cute ideas. 💜🦋💜
On the macrame wall hanging- instead of time and glue wrapping around, try a Josephine knot or single crocheting your way around. It would be less likely to come undone without glue and would be less fussy.
So many beautiful projects. I can’t wait to get started on some. 🥰 Great job!
Hi Life is So Sincere! Thanks so much for watching my video. 😊
I love that you list the items that you use bc I have ordered so much stuff from amazon! Makes the projects so much easier! I love your videos!
I'm so glad you love it, Lisa Layne. Have fun watching! 💕
Cute hurricane containers. Jenga blocks could work for the kegs too and mixing up more than one paper.
Thanks! I loved lots of these projects. They look great but are fast, easy and inexpensive. 👍
I'm so glad you love it, Denise Huang. Have fun watching! 💕
Great
The other day, I saw a similar use of the "Adventure" "Explore" etc stickers that you put on canvas for your RV. However, the person had put the stickers on a map and had it hanging in her office. Using a map as the background made it all the more adventurous and "Wanderlust" appealing.
Y byujhm
All so doable and low cost. Very pretty. To complete any decor add a cute fur baby. 😍
I'm so glad you liked it, Lydia Kinnaman! Stay tuned for more fun videos. 😊
Great journal! Thank you for giving it away, that is so very kind of you. ❤️
Wow! You are SO creative !! Thank you for the inspo! ;-)......(Just a suggestion, to save a lot of rocks----maybe you could use some other type of filler (such as, wadded-up junk mail, styrofoam, etc) for the first layer, instead of using the pretty rocks that aren't visible.)
Stay inspired and have fun crafting, Adora-bull Bulldog! 😘
Every one of these craft ideas are wonderful! I have GOT to make that rug though...it looks amazing, and I would bet that no one would look at it and think it was home made! Thank you for so many great ideas, and thanks for including the links to some of the needed items. I’m so glad you included the link for the spool of rope! New subscriber here 🥰
Hello Wendy Mathews! Thanks for finding my channel. Stay tuned for more fun DIY videos. ❤️
Love vase and the little logs
I'm so glad you love it, Ann KECK. Have fun watching! 💕
I love all 20 of your diys!!! Oh my goodness....you always think outside the box! My favorite is the DT rug pillow....I love how you used the yarn on the 2 sides, genius! I also love the monogrammed frame, the 3 succulents, the plant sconces and the canvas bag pillow! As always thank you for sharing your creativity and talent! Stay safe, healthy and positive! GOD bless you and your family! 🙏❤🇺🇸
Oh, thanks for that suggestion, Deane Clark. I appreciate it. Happy crafting! 😉
You are very welcome my friend! But I did not realize I made a suggestion! LOL I look forward to all of your tutorials! Take care! ❤
I wish I found this earlier in the lockdown 😎
With the small wooden legs once the hot glue has set you can put a sheet of sand paper on a table or bench then gently rub the bottoms of all four legs at the same time on the sand paper and that should even them up. Don't use anything more course than 60 grit. Then your legs will be perfectly even. That's an old carpenter's trick.
Yeah, I love your blue planter
Your videos are my favorite. You don't have annoying music and you don't repeat yourself...just tell us how to do the craft. THANKS.
Hi Madeleine Perkins! Thanks so much for watching my video. 😊
Loved everything! I love the the trays and pillows! Have a wonderful day!🍁🍂🧡
I'm so glad you love it, Monica Morris. Have fun watching! 💕

Have a fun staycation, Lourdes!
I love the rope rug, it could even be used as a wall hanging!
I'm so glad you love it, Oookiegirl. Have fun watching! 💕
Why do people dislike such good videos like this one :/
Wow! You are so talented!!! 💕
Oh, thank you, Takia M. Stay safe. ❤️
I loved all these high end diys, I have a few favorites like the rug made with nautical rope all of them lol 😂😂
I'm so glad you love it, Minica Estilette. Have fun watching! 💕
]
I inspired! But when I go to DT I overwhelm myself and lose train of thought.
Stay inspired and have fun crafting, Kenya Lanier! 😘
Bring a list so that helps you stay focused when in the store
Yep... my list was so long, I was overwhelmed! I decided to concentrate on one project’s supplies. Except I was still like a child in a candy store... where to look? 😀
ice g hvbbbbboo
Me too, I get way ADHD and go home with too many projects.
Love your videos! Thank you for the time you take to make these. Really like your creativity too.
I love the macrame plant hanger I have always wanted to try it and you make it look so easy. 🌿
Yey! I'm glad you love how it turned out. 😁
I needed a back splash so I bought a bunch of glass beads from Dollar Tree and made them into a mosaic cementing them to the wall then I put grout between them. The glass beads cost me about $15. A similar effect would have cost me $40 at Home Depot. Plus mine actually looks hand made whereas the one from Home Depot looks machine made.
Do you have a photo you don't mind sharing?
I did my daughter's shower floor in those pink, pearl & tan glass beads before & it was beautiful!
I'm sure it looks a whole lot better too.
Watched to the end from Alton, IL, love the ideas, you totally inspired me to do some of these DIY's, thank you for that!!!!!
I'm so glad you love it, Jamie Farmer. Have fun watching! 💕
Lol. Small world. I am sitting on my porch in....wait for it, ALTON, IL. and wish it wasn't 10:30 PM so I could go to the Dollar Tree in E Alton where that Walgreens used to be on Broadway. I will probably go tomorrow.
Ur photography of all ur projects just makes everything look high end lol but loved all ur diys
I don’t know how it came into my feed, but I’m glad it did....Great video! Thanks for sharing .

I enjoyed the rug made out of jute and pillows out of the rugs.
Stay inspired and have fun crafting, SheTravels com! 😘
In the 70s macrame was all the rage. Glad to see it back. Everyone had hanging plants in their windows

Your BEST video yet!! I saved to Liz F. top 25! Your own play list! BRAVO! TFS, my friend! Blessed be ⚘
Hi Connie Vanlandingham. It's my pleasure to share. 😄
Glad I’m not the only one. I have a real problem I get things then come home and watch more videos and say well I can’t make that I have to go back and get it the struggle is real
I found nicer tins at Dollar Tree that looked like antiques. I bought three and did basically the same thing. I use old rags to stuff pillows. Old T-shirts work best if chopped up into small pieces.
My aunt lives on a farm. She uses old t-shirts cut into strips to make cat & large dog beds. She has used several things for the outer cover. She said that this t-shirt strip method allows for the animals to snuggle down into it.
Love Moose! I've collected reindeer for decades and most of my Christmas ornaments are reindeer, including the tree topper. About a month ago, I was watching a series of RUclips videos of a woman RVing through Alaska and she went into a store where there were souvenirs and there were some moose souvenirs and it suddenly stunned me and made me feel ridiculous to discover that most of my "reindeer" are actually MOOSE! There's even a 'reindeer' that says, "Merry Chrismoose!" Duh. Man, did I feel like an idiot. But they're still in the deer family so now I collect moose AND reindeer. LOL But YOUR Moose is, I do believe, the most precious Moose I've seen!
Oh, thank you, dechinta. Stay safe. ❤️
These are great ideas, I have a cat and worry about poisonous plants. This way I can have both plants and cat. And not worry if he chews any of them. Just buy a few extra picks in case he does. You should be on HGTV with all of these wonderful ideas. So easy and inexpensive. Also great for teens and people who can't sew at all. Thank you, and God bless you.
The way you can go onto a site and look at some thing and then go to dollar tree and copy it for a fraction of the price is amazing you got a good eye there dear. And some awesome talent.
Oh my ! they are all awesome the pillows, but the rug just takes center stage, thank you for your incredible ideas
Stay inspired and have fun crafting, Monica Roberts! 😘
A I o ok just so you I can oSsis I USA guy u u I I
Tip. Turn jars upside when spray painting. Also...this is the best diy channel I've found so far! Amazing!

Who would have ever thought macrome would come back in style. All great ideas thanks for sharing.
Hi Wendy Morris. It's my pleasure to share. 😄
I love each craft! Hard to say which one is my favorite! Thanks for sharing!!
Hi Sharlene Dauberman. It's my pleasure to share. 😄
On my goodness Macrame! I never thought I'd see it again!. Not since High School, it seems like a doorknob was what I used for the anchor, then you can sit on the floor and work away😬
Hi Kim Boss! Thanks so much for watching my video. 😊
Kim Boss yep , did that as well years ago, even made a diaper stacker by the baby change table, same idea as her hanging planter, but with a square board I covered with fabric! That was 1980 omg my baby is 40 this year! 😳
Yep i used a door handle too 😀
Try using Ranger texture Paste instead of spackling for the pots. It dries to an amazing finish, and can also be painted. They also make a crackle paste that gives a wonderful distress look! Love your ideas! Thanks for sharing ;)
You could use a crochet hook or you could use one of those shish kabob sticks to push it through and on the flower pots when you're done let it dry get some clear shellac and just shellac them and they look very nice sorry I had to do three but it won't take anymore words
I loved the very first one to begin with! :D Thank you for sharing how to do it. I've always wanted to learn how to... I'm new to DIY's. Life is EXPENSIVE and we have to help our planet!
Hi Lety Laur. It's my pleasure to share. 😄
Love it, you did a great job. You’re more organise than what I am.Ty.❤️
Can you send or add link to the brown paint that looks like a stain? I love all of these. I could watch you for hours. Thank you for these
Wow! Great stuff! Anyone can do. You will be my 2nd person I subscribe to, I am picky, thanks!
MinWax Stain from WalMart works the same way (depending of the surface you are applying it to) and costs less over time (a small can has lasts me countless projects).
Paula Cullin has to look
Dawn dish soap on the tags after sitting for a minute will remove all residue.
I always feel I am creative until I watch someone like you and then I'm just Awe! I love these and do a lot of Dollar tree projects myself. Thank you for sharing!
Hi Katherine Breault. It's my pleasure to share. 😄
I will be making three rope trays ... spray painting them for a circular wall design. Thanks for the idea.
That's great! I wish you all the best on your project, Clarise Mason. 😍
Lol, "I wait till I mess up"
Always love watching your videos.❤ Did you say you got the vintage wash stain from Amazon? Thanks so much🙋
These are all beautiful! I just love the nautical rope rug. It is gorgeous! Thanks for sharing.
