Depression is cold but it is not about sadness.
I was in depression for almost 3-4 years and I'm out of it, it made me better at understanding other's emotions, and it is not to hard for me to notice if the person is sad or depressed.
Depression gave me a lot things to understand, nowadays I don't really break due to life experiences.
I didn't mean that I'm strong, I meant that I've better control over my emotions.

Something came to my life pure like blessings and left me with severe depression.
I don't want to cry but what we can do reality hit me. I bust out of tears because all are true lines. I can not control my emotions anymore. Nice, I used to watch different things like news, nat Geo and discovery channel episodes by one to one, it really makes to realise that there are thousands of things In the world and I'm just being depressed over my issues, this kind of negative thoughts stops me from observing the world,
