When I type the ip address from my printer it says "your connection is unsafe" and says attackers might be trying to steal information blah blah blah. Yours just went straight to the command center page. Why didn't it say on your screen that the following page would be unsafe? Is it unsafe to just say "proceed" either way?
Tried this... Connection error when i click to test connection. Shared C drive, shared the folder i created in C drive, tried hostname of PC, even tried PC ip adress as hostname.. Tried to disable firewall, ... Out of options here, using another type Kyocera printer but pretty much the same setup (Ecosys M5521cdw). Getting out of options here, any other way to scan to folder or pc? Using scan to mail currently but gmail won't allow this anymore (blocks lesser 3rd party apps) from may 30th to come :S

If you will browse using the web browser of the command center rx of kyocera by using the ip address you assigned, the print protocol port number is 443, send protocols ftp port number 21, smb port number 445. You can browse from the net scan to folder via smb from kyocera.
I can’t thank you enough for posting this. It helped me configure it to scan to my pc from Kyocera 5003i.

Check the settings of Windows or use other OS.

How to adjust cassette 3 and 4 to take A5 ?
Some say it's designed only for A4 but I have seen otherwise in the catalog.
