I'm wondering, was that reverend/priest/pastor there by coincidence, or was he an actor? Because it seemed far too coincidental....
I mean, how many pastors have you seen in every single kitchen nightmares episode? Just this one? Although it's possible it's an actor, but if it was just a coincidence I'd easily believe it. I've watched a lot of kitchen nightmares and this is the first pastor I've seen..
FPSGamer48 the place is near Notre Dame, a famous Catholic school. So having pastors around the area would be quite common. I live near there!

Pulled pork is supposed to be sweet, spicy, barbecue flavored, taste smokey and be delicious it's a hard flavor to describe but if you've ever had some good pulled pork you'll know exactly what it should be like.

Yeah I enjoy fat too on my ribs, but there was too much fat I think. I cook ribs a lot (although I am not that decent ;-;) and often times it is fatty. But then again the only truly good way with fat is if its smoked! :D
