I love how the Pitbulls that Eldad rescues are just as gentle as (if not more so) than many of the other dogs Hope for Paws saves. I wish people who fight for bans on Pitbulls would take note of this. A dog is a dog... a person is a person. Breed doesn't define whether something is violent anymore than race does. You're right! Pitbulls are my favourite. A friend of mine has two pitbuls and they are both the best doggies I've met. I can honestly say that I've never met more kindhearted doggies than those two pitbulls. People against them have no idea what they're doing. This breed just naturally LOVES humans while some of abuse them. Humanity must change its ways.
She is SO pretty, and look at how young she is. It wasn't HER fault she got pregnant. It is so easy to spay or neuter your dog or at the very least keep them secure in your yard. This was like a young woman, maybe even a teenager with an unplanned pregnancy, who was thrown out by her family. I can't imagine how scared she was. She looks like a darling.

That poor momma dog. You can tell she's been through so muc by that inquisitive but frightened look on her face. Saving her and her pups restores a lot of faith in some humanity. I just hope Lollie got a loving and forever home since this was taken.
The thing that always get me the most about these videos, if when you pet them. Even if at first they're still scared, you can see them just gradually relax, but you can also see how long it's been since they've been showed a kind hand.

I think I speak for every single person on this earth when I say thank you for taking the time to rescue all these dogs. I don't understand how anyone can abuse or abandon a dog, i'm getting a Pomeranian on Friday and he's already so loved, if it was between me getting fed and him, it would always be him. Dogs are not just dogs, they're part of your family, if you bring one into your home, you have to be prepared to do anything for them! Keep up your amazing work! x
Pitbulls are such misunderstood dogs. They just want to love their people, and be obedient. As a veterinary worker, you know who i'm scared of? Chihuahuas.

That poor sweet mama would have had to give birth under that dirty old house with no source of food or water, she would have had to hunt for food leaving those precious babies while she tried to feed herself. She would have been skin and bones. Poor mama. Good rescue!

My Yorkie that I had since 2001 died of a heart attact 07/05/13, from the fireworks, We, me and the Vet were treating her as best as we could but the fireworks did her in, I'm getting to old for a puppy I wanted a dog 3-5 years old. I was on Craigs list and found a 6 wk old purebreed Yorkie 3 girls one boy. I was not given the papers on this dog and rightfully so. I have to show proof to the breeder I'v had this dog Spayed. If I go in the hospital or find a need to board this puppy, I am to contact her and she will take care to her until I get out of the hospital or come home from a trip. She has a lot of don't do's regarding this this puppy and I'm glad she does. I took her to the Vet and guess what, she has a chip. I feel like crying for your much needed help with GOD'S creatures. a family moved away near my house and their left their 2 year old cat, who had been living in my neighbors drain pipe until she noticed him. since she was 87 at the time she couldn't take care of him, so she gave him to my sister and I, since I was 5 at the time. now he's about 8 or 10 and has a very happy life here with us. I have no idea why you would leave such a important part of your family behind... those people are monsters who leave their pet when they move, that's like just having a baby and taking care of it for a year before dumping it on the streets, it's truly a crime.

I was kind of transfixed by those eyes. There is so much going on in a dog's mind at that moment of rescue. There is fear and caution, but then comes the magic moment and then somehow in an instance, there is trust resignation and hope . Kindness is Strength.

This is so amazing sir, i share your nature for love of animals and i believe we are the guardians that God put on this earth to care for these animals, i live in africa Kenya and these type of breeds are so rare and so expensive here because they are highly esteemed. i can only afford to own a GSD. i wish i could have the priviledge to own these dogs that people abandon. i would give them a great life.

I've watched more than a hundred of your videos and all have made me weep, usually with joy, sadly occasional with grief. There is just a special place in heaven for you and your lucky leash young man and you'll be surrounded with love and all those lives you saved and those that did not have much time but left this world, but were fortune enough to feel your warm touch and though only briefly knew love, that they mattered, and their lives were important to someone, that is you and your volunteers. I'm up in the Victor Valley and once my life allows me, I'd love to volunteer and join your team and help anyway I can. I agree that legislation needs to be improved for charging people with cruelty to animals as right now they are only considered property in the eyes of the law but equating them with human children does not help.

MrOnionterror Most of them are probably abandoned by people that are lazy. They get a dog or cat thinking taking care of them is going to be cheap and easy and find it is neither cheap nor easy.
rond361 It really pisses me off that people can't even be bothered to dump their pets at a shelter. I've seen a couple where the owners stop the car and push a dog out, then speed off. I can't imagine how heartbreaking that must be for the dog.
I am so happy that Lollie and their pups get saved. You could see that she need and want love. Pups get almost fast a new home but Lollie is still young too and I hope she will find a loving home soon too 💖💖💖

This is so amazing sir, i share your nature for love of animals and i believe we are the guardians that God put on this earth to care for these animals, i live in africa Kenya and these type of breeds are so rare and so expensive here because they are highly esteemed. i can only afford to own a GSD. i wish i could have the priviledge to own these dogs that people abandon. i would give them a great life.

I've watched more than a hundred of your videos and all have made me weep, usually with joy, sadly occasional with grief. There is just a special place in heaven for you and your lucky leash young man and you'll be surrounded with love and all those lives you saved and those that did not have much time but left this world, but were fortune enough to feel your warm touch and though only briefly knew love, that they mattered, and their lives were important to someone, that is you and your volunteers. I'm up in the Victor Valley and once my life allows me, I'd love to volunteer and join your team and help anyway I can. Continued success and much love your an angel that indeed brings these lost paws not only hope, but comfort, joy, happiness, peace, and love. :o)

I agree that legislation needs to be improved for charging people with cruelty to animals as right now they are only considered property in the eyes of the law but equating them with human children does not help.

True. But I think a good proportion of them have had an owner, but have fallen on bad times.
MrOnionterror Most of them are probably abandoned by people that are lazy. They get a dog or cat thinking taking care of them is going to be cheap and easy and find it is neither cheap nor easy.

It really pisses me off that people can't even be bothered to dump their pets at a shelter. I've seen a couple where the owners stop the car and push a dog out, then speed off. I can't imagine how heartbreaking that must be for the dog.
I am so happy that Lollie and their pups get saved. You could see that she need and want love. Pups get almost fast a new home but Lollie is still young too and I hope she will find a loving home soon too 💖💖💖
