It'd have been funny if for the intro, you crossed out JD's name in her social handle and wrote Giggles over the top of it as a joke like just for a second 😆 mycupofTV_Giggles 😆 I think showing Tyler's transformation, rather than Mason's, apart from (maybe) budgeting reasons, is because from what we've heard about Mason, he was very alone with his curse, whereas Tyler has Caroline -- and Caroline is making sure he knows that! I really like this episode, because you have the two sides of that coin: Caroline being so ready to help and support, versus Luka with Bonnie, and his deceit. Whether he wants to deceive Bonnie or not, it's what he's doing, and I'd like to think "By the light of the moon" also means that idea of seeing someone's true self. Bonnie needed his help, and he did not, while Tyler needed Caroline and she was there as much as she could be. Like you all said, she moved away, but she was still close enough to keep an ear out for him
