I loved this video of Belgravia. I love the boutique shops. and the lovely cafes to grab a coffee and watch the world go by are just my thing. But that little pink cake shop. My favorite food in all the world is cake. And pink is my fav color. LOL So a pink cake shop is the perfect afternoon for me. I really enjoyed seeing the gorgeous rose-made swags over the doors and windows of the shops. And the roses shaped like a heart was a perfect welcome for you, Steve. LOL The beautiful green palms, bushes, fauna, and flowers make this area so lush. All that makes the shops more inviting. And I love the fact that the buildings are pastel colors. My type of shop. Now that sweet little Tee Hotel with all the bird houses, and flowers is soooo me. I would love to stay there. You caught the beautiful scenery of this area and on such a bright crisp spring day. ANd yes, I almost fainted at the prices of the homes and flats. I had to go make myself another cup of hot tea to calm down. LOL Blessings.
I hope you've recovered from the house prices Luana and actually if you get the chance the best thing to do would be to just sit in the cake shop and look at all the houses around you (and then think about how big their mortgages would be! Always helps :))
Thank you for mentioning me, absolutely made my day ❤😊. Thank you for finding out the prices so I can decide on which one to get. I thought I did see a couple of cranes though. What a beautiful area. All those beautiful 😍 flower decorations everywhere. I would be in that cheese 🧀😋 shop so fast. I can only imagine what the choice of cake was like, along with prices. Elizabeth street is just so pretty. I think I could do some serious window shopping 🛍 for a day there. You were so lucky with the weather. I would love to go 🚶there myself.
Eccleston Yards - charm overload. Area stunning, generally. The mews streets always knock me out`. Who wouldn't want to spy inside everyone of those fabulous dwellings?! Sub culture always fascinating.
I love your upbeat style of narration and all the interesting historical titbits! What a fab place Belgravia is, I’ve never been, I recently spent a precious day in London (one of my two per year) but we ended up doing the touristy things - which are great - but soooo crowded. Next time I promise myself I will visit this lovely quiet part of London. For me the best parts were the mews and the wonderful floral displays outside the shops.
Love this video! I’m planning on visiting next week. For the mews, you did mention that it is Private. Is it ok to walk down? I don’t want to get in trouble lol but I noticed a lot of the Belgravia mews are marked Private
Yes there are notices that say that they are private, but I walked up and down them and if quiet and just having a look I am sure you'll be fine 👍 Have a fantastic time and the places around there are lovely 👍😀
@@LondonVisited I’m planning on walking around Belgravia, Chelsea, and Kensington and Hyde Park for one of the days of my trip. I actually have breakfast reservations at the Lime Tree Hotel you showed here called The Buttery!

Love a nosey at the houses on Rightmove so the prices weren’t too much of a shock. Lovely area 🙂

Brought back lovely thoughts watching, as my late husband worked in Motcomb street, Thanks for filming & sharing. 😊

"OK, I'm only joking..
ME : "😭"
Belgravia to me is 165 Eaton place, the home of Lord Richard Bellamy, Lady Marjorie Bellamy and their servants.
❤❤❤
Was the tuddy bye from Ken Dodds and the Diddy Men or am I remembering 🤔 wrong.
Do you what, I think it is - it is something I have always said - not on RUclips - then forgotten I said it :)

@@cliff9685 fantastic, that looks a lovely place. Sounds like some great planning 👍😀
Well, I guess if one's neighbors are Harrods and the Royal Family, you're not doing too bad...
