Are your excel spreadsheets tired from all of this data? I wonder how much coaches rely on the data in game vs. 'feel' of the game when making their choices. I would love a poll on that one..........if they'd be honest.
Haha I think a lot of defensive coaches try to use data to guess what offenses will do and call plays accordingly but offensive I would guess is more based on feel or adjustments for a lot of these guys. Plus a good portion are often scripted
