  • We finally changed our water pump on our 1999 Jeep TJ Wrangler 4.0. We chose a FlowKooler as the water pump and it went in really easy. Follow along as we install this pump and show how to bleed the coolant system of air. If you have a Jeep or just like building stuff our channel might be a good choice for you.

Nice video again Guy's. I completely rebuilt a heater and a/c box for my 03 Tj over the winter to replace the one that's currently in my TJ now. I will keep the original heater and a/c box and rebuild it and keep it for a spare . I'm going to pull the dash and the box in question sometime this spring . I want to replace the water pump and radiator at the same time as well as the a/c condenser and the a/c hoses .I will look into the Flow kooler water pump to replace the factory replacement that's currently installed. Any type of better performing water pump is a plus on our 4.0 engines. Darren ,what radiator brand are you using ? I have been doing some research but have not pulled the trigger on one yet. Take care guy's and catch you on your next video.

I don’t remember the brand of radiator but if I had a choice I would purchase a Mopar replacement. I believe most shops will say that as well and I think it costs about the same as what I put in. I’m about to the point of changing my AC lines like you but I’m working on something that takes priority. You will see in a couple weeks.
