i feel like if you already considered to sell the leather 19 then it means it has to go. i always go by with if my heart is not 100% on something then its not for me. you can still like it from afar and appreciate the time that you had it 😊❤️
I completely agree with what you said about waiting a while to see how much you still use the beige 19. Tweed is extremely high maintenance & you might find you still use the leather beige 19 enough to justify keeping it. Having said that, I personally prefer the 19 in tweed, in fact I have a strong preference for Chanel’s tweed bags over quilted leather across the board. You should watch Alyssa Lenore’s review of your exact 19 tweed bag - she says that the tiny loop weaving in the tweed could potentially catch and do damage, basically you’re gonna need to sort of baby this bag, whereas your beige leather one could be your everyday bag that fits everything, and I think both sizes look great on you. Either way, you can’t go wrong! ❤️
If the medium cream color 19 bag doesn't spark joy anymore, go ahead and sell it. You would be contributing to someone else's joy when they get the chance to buy the bag you once loved and just spreading joy around. Additionally, you wouldn't be beleaguered with wondering if you should sell the bag every time you don't reach for it.

I just got a light pink tweed mini classic flap too, so I understand how careful you have to be, while not babying it too much either! personally, I don't love the size of the larger 19, so while I like the color, I'd sell the one you have and maybe get a small beige 19 down the line:)

Yeah girl it does sound more logical to sell your neutral bigger 19 bag bc you don't need two especially since you like the smaller one better, you want a smaller forever collection, and you already have like that new beautiful vintage beige classic flap in a smooth leather (which will always be a classic). The tweed looks good in this bag and will def add something you don't have to your collection.

Yeah girl it does sound more logical to sell your neutral bigger 19 bag bc you don't need two especially since you like the smaller one better, you want a smaller forever collection, and you already have like that new beautiful vintage beige classic flap in a smooth leather (which will always be a classic). The tweed looks good in this bag and will def add something you don't have to your collection.
