also there is no need for different maps every season, just new battlepass and theme and maybe its implementation in pre existing maps! like maybe in christmas season add coniferous trees or maybe in halloween add pumpkins

If you haven't had a chance to try arc raiders yet don't get your hopes up, it is literally trash. It's just another lazily slopped together tarkov clone with nothing new to add to the concept, besides feeling and looking infinitely worse than every game it'll be "competing" with. The most you can hope for is that there's no tie in with the finals, the last thing that game needs is to become some ad for a terrible tarkov clone
I believe the Pinch and roll is honestly one of those instinctual actions. Just like how baby birds can stay in the nest all their lives, but their DNA is hard coded to know how to travel to different countries(as soon as they can fly). Or u know how horses come out of the womb and they immediately start walking... The pinch and roll is a technique that was never spoken about, but always (conveniently) practiced.
funnily enough im kind of sad about Nukes "not coming back". not because i want them back, they needed to go. but at the moment, attaching things to throwables, or just using non canister throwables is a near completely useless mechanic. seeing the nuke in the trailer made me hope they altered throwables and attachments on throwables in a way that made them worth using again without being completely busted. a shame. but id prefer not touching it if they aren't sure changes wont make it busted again.

That's valid for sure my first thought would be to cap how much damage you can add to a canister. So like if someone loaded up a canister with a C4 and a Mine. You'd get the canister and half of the C4's damage, and not include the mine at all. I just know during season 1 it was outrageous, you could huck an orange barrel 60 meters and do enough damage to Team wipe any comp lol
Even if S3 left something to be desired - I'm just really greatful for The Finals - IMO the most enjoyable FPS in years. Terminal Attack was the thing that influenced friends (previously uninterested in The Finals) to get into it - they are now loving the game, and recognise the nuanced beauty of Cash Out, AT LAST!
I'm actually stunned anyone thinks Kyoto is dogwater. Yet AI reskinned Seoul is a banger? The new map is the most generic one yet and half of the battlepass/sponsor cosmetics are reskins of existing cosmetics. No new gadgets, no new gamemodes. This is not three months worth of content.
Where is the light specialty! We got a medium and a heavy special last seasons, I need more to cook with! Also, I don't think anyone blames you for leaving for season three. We're so back!

Terminal attack was their biggest mistake. It didn't attract as many players from R6S, CS, CoD, and cost them alot of loyal fans that loved the novelty of cashout.
The gun model is super similar to the gun in the turrets. Always wondered if they were going to use that model, figured they put it in the turret because they already had it made and it would be easier to create. Cool stuff.
I’m so glad that implemented the Sponsorship teams! I’ve been spamming that idea in all of their Q&A’s and videos about the finals, my idea was to choose between one of the sponsors for the season and you get special rewards, like all sports gives you special go or something like that. My other idea was to have attachments on all the weapons, like battlefield one had different variance. Or a very simple weapon customization system like Fortnite has with the bunker right now
M26 is the IRL version of the VLK Rogue they just called it that in CoD to avoid paying for the rights lol and after some googling it would appear the Kel tec is a much better guess.

The new weapon for medium looks like the Winchester-type weapon from apex, so my guess is that it's going to be some sort of marksman weapon, similar to the M1 Garand weapon for the Light class.
I suggested on the Official Finals Discord Feedback page back in Season 1 that we should have a small selection of attachments/scopes for weapons with a little mockup using images of the MP5 with no scope attached from the Beta- and received a WAVE of clown emojis and responses like "this isn't cod! the finals will never have attachments because-" Who's clowning now (it's still me but with a scope on my AKM).
Im part of the minority that likes terminal assault and im telling yall, we only like it because we want to play S&D but refuse to play CoD, and XDefiant isn't releasing an S&D clone until season 3. I do plan on staying with The Finals onward because this is 100% the most balance oriented FPS games ever made
I personally really liked season 3 (most likely because i missed season 2) so season 4 will probably also be 10x cooler for me and im so unimaginably hyped you dont even know
They need to add more unique interactions and ways to express creativity. Lights being able to grapple to objects on canisters was so cool, and not that strong. But they killed it. They killed nukes, they could of made it to where a single bullet would of team wiped you and everyone around you if you held one, or that they made super loud noises, but no, they made them unusable. They seem to keep favoring people that are entrenched with mines everywhere and removing things to easily counter that in incredibly fun ways. Perhaps bring nukes back to be super powerful for deleting buildings again but useless against players?

all I want is good gun play like in season 1 long range engagements with your team was so much fun on Monaco's rooftops. The horrendous recoil on weapons and weak damage at range doesn't make sense for these giant Maps I want the high individual skill expression to come back.

Based on the promo image of the roadmap and how the medium class grip the rifle, its a kel tec su-16. So its either gonna be a spammy semi auto with low damage but no recoil and high fire rate OR its gonna be a dmr type rifle but i hope not because the thing use 5.56 and this is the 2nd gun in the game that use this ammo(famas was the first)
Not holding my breath on the optimisations. Apparently the last S03 update they switched over to UE5.3.x and my performance has tanked completely. Used to get 85fps stable on most maps except Kyoto. After the update I'm getting 40-50fps on all maps. Kyoto is obviously worse.
Honestly Terminal Attack is my favorite game mode in The FInals (I love all the game modes tbf (except bank it which i only sorta like)) but I totally get that it should NOT be the main ranked game mode. I enjoy the idea of ranked game modes being able to switch but have they also considered they can just... have two ranked modes? Like I know thats a bit contentious since most games there is one ranked mode and its perfectly standardized, I feel like The Finals is a funky enough game to get away with having Ranked Cash Out (the default and standard one) and then like Ranked Suchever (whatever game mode they decide they wanna emphasize for a season for variety).
To say The Finals’ Season 3 sucked makes BlacK Ops 6 beta or existence futile. That’s how far The Finals, SBMM shooter, has come as to beat CODs revamped glory. Bring that The Finals doesn’t go back that far as old COD titles. The Finals will eventually take Battlefield’s and COD’s player base permanently if activision and EA doesn’t change.

I think not only should they add swappable scopes, but str8 up just some attachment system. Would add more progression for f2p players too
As long as they don't go full blown CoD with 70 attachments id be alright with that.

So long as I get a sight for the Famas, I'm good. the AK is too easy to use and forgiving compared to most other weapons and it shouldn't get any more advantages

They claimed to have fixed it a few days ago but some people are saying it bugs put after a few games and they have to restart to get it back.

Based on the promo image of the roadmap and how the medium class grip the rifle, its a kel tec su-16. So its either gonna be a spammy semi auto with low damage but no recoil and high fire rate OR its gonna be a dmr type rifle but i hope not because the thing use 5.56 and this is the 2nd gun in the game that use this ammo(famas was the first)

Not holding my breath on the optimisations. Apparently the last S03 update they switched over to UE5.3.x and my performance has tanked completely. Used to get 85fps stable on most maps except Kyoto. After the update I'm getting 40-50fps on all maps. Kyoto is obviously worse.

Honestly Terminal Attack is my favorite game mode in The FInals (I love all the game modes tbf (except bank it which i only sorta like)) but I totally get that it should NOT be the main ranked game mode. I enjoy the idea of ranked game modes being able to switch but have they also considered they can just... have two ranked modes? Like I know thats a bit contentious since most games there is one ranked mode and its perfectly standardized, I feel like The Finals is a funky enough game to get away with having Ranked Cash Out (the default and standard one) and then like Ranked Suchever (whatever game mode they decide they wanna emphasize for a season for variety).

To say The Finals’ Season 3 sucked makes BlacK Ops 6 beta or existence futile. That’s how far The Finals, SBMM shooter, has come as to beat CODs revamped glory. Bring that The Finals doesn’t go back that far as old COD titles. The Finals will eventually take Battlefield’s and COD’s player base permanently if activision and EA doesn’t change.

That would be such a nieche pick from embark. I love the gun choices they made in general. Oldschool vietnam era guns and innovative, gucci, competition guns like the Laugo Alien 🤩
