Typhon, Degen, Eyja Alter are all very good. If you’re economizing, save for them. Virtuosa and Hoederer pretty good. Most of the rest relatively skippable. Jessica is usable and nifty but the role is already crowded with top tier ops. I’m pulling for Viviana because she’s neat, but she’s pretty mediocre in mechanics.
after using those ops i have to say, leto has no business having the skills she has when zima is supposed to be the leader of USSG, but for the 6*, all of the 6* are good and extremelly fun, the top ones being virtuosa, which is a ironic name for her given the amount of crimes she commited, and degen, degen is a fking powerhouse of an op

It's not even one year's worth of savings(you get about that much from only missions and annihilation) and with 300 pulls you have 4 6* guaranteed but realistically you will get more than 4. If you add in the extra free pulls you'll get from : green and yellow tickets, maintenance, events. You end up with more than 300 pulls.
