Beautiful small apartment well decorated and the use of plants really makes everything so cozy. Well worth the selling price. Pls do videos like these where homes are a more realistic size and well decorated. I’m subscribing to your channel hoping I can enjoy more of your well presented videos🙂

A one bed 1400 sq ft is huge. 1/2 bath a plus for visitors. I see a few comments saying nice bachelor pad, but the females can rock this too. The outdoor space and master bath is everything. Master with balcony. Awesome. The 2 living rooms a plus. This unit is quite lovely. The views. The layout. Everything. Thanks much.

Amazing. Only thing I would change about this apartment is reducing the number of items. Feels too filled up. Personally I prefer minimalist style living.
Somehow my 2 room 45 sqm appartment feels less crammed, but then again it does not offer views like those

I like this guy. He’s kind of goofy and awkward which makes him so much more normal and relatable. I liked this style of video compared to the 6 bedroom $30 million condos. Even if I had that much money I wouldn’t need a condo with 6 bedrooms.

Large or small Jason, you always take me on tours that make me long to press the buy button. The properties?
For me there are only 2 problems with this place. On the otherside of those bushes is the building amenities/ club house. I would want a high wall to have completely separation. #2 I didn't see a soaking tub. Otherwise this is perfect for me.
Perfect place if you want to be by yourself.
4:50 - TO GIVE MORE SPACE...THIS OUTSIDE WALLS IN LIGHT BLACK... GRID ALTERED SOME WAY.
