I have SLE and over the last several days I have had dizzy spells, a feeling that I’m drugged, flush face, tingling on face etc. Last night I was laughing and got very dizzy like I was going to pass out. Afterwards I could not get my 13 year old daughter birthday right. I was completely convinced the wrong date was right. She kept saying no mom. Low vitamin D is common with lupus. Particularly if you’re sensitive to the sun. I have SLE. trying to bring up my vit d. It’s helped a bit.
