Hi Melissa! New subscriber here! We have been living here in St. Johns County for 6 years now and we absolutely love it here! The community we're in is quite small compared to the other Master Planned communities you mentioned in your videos. During the holiday season, my husband and I enjoy riding on SR 13 and looking and the beautiful decorated homes on the river. Then we had gone into River Town and we were blown away!!! Extremely beautiful! Keep up the great work and I love how you explain in detail about the different neighborhoods!

I have been learning so much in your videos about the area! Thank you! Is there another community that is considered a “golf cart” community besides Nocatee?
Hi Anne! Thank you so much for your feedback. Some communities are not necessarily "golf cart communities" but are considered golf cart friendly. Rivertown has particular paths just for golf carts while others do not and you'll drive your golf cart on the roadway. Other communities where you'll see golf carts are Beachwalk, Beacon Lake, Markland, Silverleaf, Trailmark, Middlebourne and Shearwater in addition to Rivertown mentioned above. These are some of the newer communities. But then there is World Golf Village (it has 29 communities under WGV), St. Johns Golf & Country Club Neighborhood, Cimarrone Golf & Country Club, South Hampton, Julington Creek. These are just some of the ones in St. Johns County.
