Great video. Very informative . Do you have updates on upcoming new build , Seven Pines community as well as if anything is planned to build similar to Pablo Cove townhomes which we consider due to affordability and being only 3 miles from the beach. All also very interested in Atlantic Beach area. Thank you !

Can you get plantains in the Publix? We want to move up from Miami but my Colombian wife says they don’t have plantains up there and she can’t live without them.

Green Plantains? Yes sir! Where in Miami do you live? We moved here from Broward County 10 years ago. I worked for BSO (Broward Sheriff's Office) in Dania Beach. Below is a link showing plantatains are available at the Nocatee Publix. arewww.publix.com/search?searchTerm=plantains&srt=products

Hello, I was born at Broward General, and I grew up on SOBE. I live in Doral nowadays because they have a fantastic charter school system. Thanks for the information, we don't want to raise teenagers in Miami and I'm trying to decide between Tampa or Nocatee. I feel like Tampa has more of the city vibe we are use too but appears to be just as expensive and similar crime stats. We are in our early 40s and looking for a good place to raise our kids but I still want to be able to have a good meal and have some fun with the wifey every once and a while. We both LOVE the homes and the prices but maybe it's too sleepy? Anyways your videos are on point and very informative, thank you!@@AndrewMichaelCoastalHavenGroup

@@justincallen5817, I understand! If you are looking for stuff to do with your wife take a look at the historic district in Saint Augustine, Jacksonville Beaches area, and the city of Jacksonville. All three are a short drive from Nocatee. Personally Lindsay and I enjoy the historic district. There are lots of great restaurants and things to do.
