Some people say that if he makes commercial movies Kamal would have this and that....! But Kamal is remembered and respected for movies like Moonram Pirai , Guna, Kuruthi Punal, Nayagan, Mahanadhi, Anbe Sivam, Thevar Magan, Virumandi, Aaporva Sagotharargal, Michael Madana Kamarajan etc . Only few of them worked in the box office but everything worked in people's heart office. If Kamal only did Vikram kind of movies, he would not have been appreciated as Kamal today. I have watched Uttama Villian like 7 times now and everyone I watch it I understand new deeper layers in the script. I truly believe that Uttama Villian will be watched even by generations to come after 30 years as information about life, people's thought process etc has been well documented in that movie. I love to see Kamal in his same versatile different scipts. The good thing that Lokesh did to Kamal in Vikram is casting him as a grand father matching up his age. If he continues to act like that instead of having heroines then Kamal is in the right path.

Recently I learned that certain heros earn like 100 crores for their movies and I felt like they don't deserve it at all and kinda got annoyed by it... but when I see the success of kamal sir and when see that the movie is making more than 300 crores I am really happy just like Krishnan sir here I felt like he deserved this success and money coz we all know where he is gonna invest it in...
