Loved it! I was afraid it would be just another video filled with squats and lunges, but the exercises were different, fun, and applicable. Looking forward to the next one!
Thank you so much for your videos. I am a beginner runner with quite terrible stamina. Strength training videos always seemed to daunting, long and difficult. But your workout was doable for me and I actually enjoyed doing it. Very grateful to have found this!! Thanks again
By far my favourite channel. I’m coming back from lower back injuries and so far it’s been helping. I’m wondering if you can make a specific video for lower back injury strength?
So happy I found your channel, I’ve been following your workout routines for a week now and I already feel stronger and more balanced! Thx from Virginia!
Awesome series of videos!!! Thanks so much!!! I've be using several of the workouts over the past few months or so and my running has definitely improved. I've become stronger more durable and FASTER!!! I appreciate you taking the time and sharing your knowledge and experience on running with us mortals. You are awesome Vlad!!!🤜🤛
thank you - really depends on how bad was the injury and how far you are in the rehab - usually i would say do 50% of the exercises for the first few weeks and see how it holds up - try doing 20sec of exercises and 40sec rest
@@VladIxel close to one month off running now, have done a lot of rehab (eccentric heel raises mainly) , seems it's getting better, I followed your video and had very little pain, hope you will put some specific video on achilles injury prevention / rehab , keep up the good work!
Amazing workouts Vlad, I'm glad my friend introduced me to your content :D. Could you also include your workout titles and time frames in the description, would be an easy reference while working out. :)
if you a beginner runner best to have 6-8 hours between workouts and runs to make sure it doesn't affect your running form. if you are an advanced runner you can do this right before a run
Thanks for great workout series, Vlad! I do strength workout twice a week (this & workout 16). For optimum benefit, when is the best time to do the workouts? I ran 6x a week (2 speed session, 1 long-slow run, 3 easy day, 1 off)?
the best is to have as much time between the workout and the run as you can. so if you run in the morning best to do the strength at night - and if you run at night do the strength in the morning
Would it Be okay if I walked 2 miles with this workout because I’d do this workout at a park, but the park is a mile away from me, plus the mile walking back
RUclips just asked I wanted to monetize my videos and it automatically added the ads. I have changed the settings so there should be no more mid workouts ads, sorry about that, I don't know much about this monetization system but I did make $0.22 cents today ;)

best to try and divide the workouts - so you do one a day
amazing workout - what app are you using for the count down ...
thank you! -its called Seconds
This is great thanks! Is it best to do it before or after your run?

How often do you preform these workouts? Do you recommend doing 1-6 and repeat?
if you can 2-3 times a week
Would it Be okay if I walked 2 miles with this workout because I’d do this workout at a park, but the park is a mile away from me, plus the mile walking back
Perfect honestly
How many times a week should I do this as a beginner
I would try and aim for 4-5 times a week
How many sets should i do this a day?
if you can do 15min a day that would be great, try and mix up some easy workouts with some harder workouts
I tend to get a burn in my stomach when I run. Do you know a solution?
a stitch?
What’s with the ads in the middle of the workout? At the start or at the end, but not mid workout. Or charge a subscription...

Vlad Ixel Thanks Vlad. Loving these videos. You’ll be getting more than $0.22 before long!
Great workout!
Thank you!!
