onion 1 tbsp
hot vegetable stock or water 1.5 lts
soya sauce 2 tbsp
chilly paste 1 tsp
vinegar 1 tsp
tomato sauce 1 tbsp
pepper powder 1/2 tsp
chopped carrot 1/3 cup
chopped capsicum 1/3 cup
chopped beans 1/4 cup
chopped cabbage 1/3 cup
noodles (hakka or any type ) 160 gms
salt to taste
corn flour 2 tbsp
water 4 tbsp
for garnishing :
chopped coriander leaves
chopped spring onions
chopped green chillies
